2 Problems are taken care of quickly. Maintenance man isn’t very friendly. Complainer and whiner! Apartments are decent though.
Owner is very nice. Prices are good. Could use some landscaping though. Wouldn’t be that expensive to make it look really nice. Everything is weeds, walks are never trimmed. When it snows the walks are not clear I am handicapped and I have a problem getting to my car. Wishing they would pay more attention and care more about the people that live here. Then it would be 100% nice. Wouldn’t take much.
Not bad. Would really like to know the true history off these odd little apartments, each one is cut up differently & the 3 bldgs are laid out really odd. The rent is cheep & the high ceilings are nice. If you don't care about a professional "complex" then this is it.
