Love Bass Pro Shops, but not happy with this one, 2 long lines of people waiting to check out and then they shut one of them down I just left the stuff in the cart and left

Thought i was getting a good deal on a camping cot. Got home and took it out of the bag to see how it was going to be. The cot had been used, full of mud and leaves and god knows what, returned and was never inspected before being put back on the shelf for resale. I lost 3 days of work and had a doctors visit due to breaking out to what was in/on the cot (i know it was from that because the only places that broke out were where the cot had touched my skin). Brought it back and got a refund. NEVER SETTING FOOT IN THAT PLACE AGAIN!

Not busy to go shopping cashier nicely helped price range a little bit more than other stores in this area. Was lots of fun to shop and I'd recommend a good days browsing the nice items. Have a good time and enjoy.

I commend Bass Pro Shops for their holiday programs such as the free Santa Claus, etc but their firearm staff needs help. Had the same gentleman ask me if I needed help four times within 5 mins. Either he didn’t recognize me from the conversations we had each time or he was trying to make me feel uncomfortable. Don’t think I’ll be back again.

Only went for free Santa photos but wandered around a good bit just to look at the stuffed wild game animals displayed throughout the store. They even have a live fish tank with feed times posted! Great aesthetic. They have a little bit of everything for outdoors types and even a neat toy section!

I was shopping, early for me, for Christmas and wasn't quite sure what I wanted. I was looking in clothing and a very nice young lady named Jenny helped me.
She was great. Listened to what I was saying and offered some great suggestions.
I am sure my wife will love what I ended up purchasing. I definitely will be back.

Returned a broken fishing rod. Was able to get a Segundo since they did not have it in stock. Took a while, but friendly staff.

I was surprised at how small this store was. The lines were terribly long and checkout took longer than it should have.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They didn't swarm you yet made you feel valued and let you know they were there to help in any way. Great products. Stopped in to pick up a couple of small gifts. They offer Military/Veteran discount every day.

Clothing, outdoors stuff, variety of guns. Candles what more could you ask for love this store.

Base Pro Columbia was very professional and helpful with my shopping experience. The people were very knowledgeable and respectful.

Fair service and good products. Firearms department ignored me and was short and not willing to look for a product just said they didn't have it. I mentioned this to a clerk in the camping department and he asked me to tell him exactly what I wanted (243 rifle shells) He left and returned shortly with two boxes for me. Very nice and apologized for the other guy. Yes I am a 78 y/o female but I have handled guns all my life. He saved my business for them.

Awesome place! Super helpful with my inquires when considering getting a new fishing rod. The sales rep took the time to understand my needs and didn't try and sell me the most expensive item but more so one that will provide me a better overall experience

Evidently Bass Pro is trying to compete with Walmart. I just wasted 1 hour of my day and left a couple hundred dollars in merchandise in a buggy up front, because of a long line and only 1 register open. Dont give me the COVID excuse, there was plenty of employees there to open another register. Good job Bass Pro Shop. You just lost my business.
