Always fun to check out this retailer, they do it right. Very slow checking out, about 10 lanes open but they should have pulled the gals pitching credit cards and made them cashiers when folks are standing 6 deep to PAY!

Items that were once available in store are no longer there. They NEED to bring back the quality of made in the USA

Knew what I wanted when I got there, but no one at the cash register in that department (Fly Fishing Shop). Wish it was upstairs as my legs are getting pretty old.

Friendly and helpful employees everywhere in the store loved the shopping experience will go again soon.

Some rude employee's scoffing at you when you ask them questions. Go there for products not for customer service.

We spend a lot of time at this store, between the gun range, restaurant, and activities like visiting Santa. The walking trail around the p pond behind the store is great too.

Fabulous, large fishing section is my favorite part, but an outdoors store with something for all the fisherman, campers, hikers, hunters. Friendly, knowledgeable staff.

There on trip in August got a magnet for fridge. DAD & I had lunch there all you could eat shrimp dinner monday.

I love Bass Pro shop the employees are friendly and helpful. Plus during the Christmas season they make it extra special

I know the place to get some more exercise even got a restaurant in there look at the boats they got

Love going here. Has all your outdoor needs and has fun kids events that are free. Take my kids here every year to see santa.

Independence Missouri store. Worst customer service cashier rolled eyes when asked if price was correct there where no tags where merchandise was shelved but was a tag on top of shelf the cashier ignored when asked again rolled eyes. We of corse said forget it. It explained while the Customer before just said never mind and left merchandise on counter. We told I take it the Manager this was the worst customer service and it was.

I used to enjoy just walking around Bass Pro but I've learned they have some great deals as well. Good selection of products with friendly helpful staff.

Had a great time here with my dog and my grandson. I'm so glad Bass Pro allows dogs. I'll definitely bring her again.

Very nice. Fudge shop has great fudge. Great selection of fishing and hunting gear. Shooting range for adults and laser range for the kids.

People are very knowlegable & polite and prices in the store are very reasonable too. Don't forget to taste some fresh fish & shrimps too!

Have so much to choose from, many aisles, different brands, beautiful Sites, Live Big fish, Stuffed Wildlife LoOk Life like, Nice.

Found everything I needed and even things I did know I needed. Fishing, hunting gear selections where unbelievable.
