Travis and Dakota were so professional and kind, along with being thoughtful. They took out a tub and put in a shower kit. They did an amazing job. They were quick and proficient. You couldn't even tell they were here when when they left. Brian, the plumber was just as kind and professional as well. I'm so glad we went with Bath Fitter. Will definitely recommend to others.

Chris with Bathfitters came out on 4/27 and did a complete reinstall under warranty. He worked hard all day with no breaks or lunch and did a wonderful job. Our original install was done in 2010 so I was shocked that this company would give us a new shower at no cost. They have been out previously for minor repairs due to normal wear and tear. We are very impressed with the way that they stand behind their warranty. Everyone is very friendly and cooperative. They always come right out with no questions asked. We are very pleased and would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to remodel their bathroom.

Had my bathtub replaced about a year ago tub was loose in some areas of the tub the guy laid his drill on the side of the tub and scratch it they buff it out could still see it now my tub is popping on the floor I have to call them back

Jeff, the salesperson, was very upfront with us about pricing, value, etc. There was no "used car" antics, like calling his manager to see if there was a better deal he could offer. That was what really convinced us to go with Bath Fitter because I HATE dickering!

Steve, the plumber arrived first on the installation day and installed the new pipes. Then Chris came and did the rest all by himself! I was amazed at the level of professionalism, craftsmanship, and the care at which they took to clean up everything. Chris even shook out the rug in our entryway before he left!
