This company is absolutely ridiculous. I was traveling down 435 East when one of their flat bed recycling truck's didn't properly secure their load and debris flew off hitting my vehicle in two places, which is new and my dream vehicle. I immediately got the number off the truck and contacted the company.

Initially I spoke to Kaitlin who requested I send photos of the damage. When I asked her the email address to send the photos she changed her mind and said she'd reach out to the Operations Manager and contact me back. After not hearing from her for quite some time I contacted her again and she was short and sent me straight to the voicemail of the Operations Manager. I left a voicemail for him and waited, and waited, and waited.

I called back and spoke to Kaitlin who AGAIN transferred me to Curt Abbott, Operations Manager. This time he answered the phone and was extremely rude. Trying to blame it on road debris and the like. When I told him I had photos and records of my calls he claimed he'd investigate and get back to me to discuss resolving this issue. You guessed it - still haven't heard back from him or anyone so I will be pursuing other avenues in holding this company accountable for their negligence and lack of accountability as it relates to this situation.
