The local Batteries Plus store near me has closed down. So I looked up the next closest location and gave them a call to see if they could help me with a battery that had warranty on it. I talked to the gentleman on the phone he looked up my account by name and phone number and told me that yes the battery has warranty come on in and if the battery checks out as bad they will replace it for me under a 24-month warranty. I then drove 45 minutes to that location, and they told me that the battery could not be warrantied because it only had 12 month battery warranty on it. The store clerk admitted to saying that there was a 24 month warranty on the phone to me and that I could come on in and get it replaced. Then the store clerk told me that there was nothing they could do for me I would have to buy another battery and didn't even care to say they were sorry after they had admitted to their mistake. I promise I will never use this business again!

Have been going there for many years. Every time they always are so helpful. They do a great job of installing car batteries. Can't say enough good things about this location and it's staff. Very competitive pricing and selection.
