Batteries Plus, Liberty MO

Victor Urtiz here is the best. The old manager broke my key when I came in to have the battery replaced. Victor did everything to make it right and had the company cover the cost to replace it. He was super friendly and cool and had no problem helping us and taking care of the situation. I highly recommend this place. They will take care of you. Victor Urtiz is awesome. Thank you!

Please do not advertise you provide battery install when you dont. Your hours say 8pm and I call in need of battery service at 4pm. Only to be told you dont have time. #Disappointed.

Went into battery plus. Had to use restroom before I wet my pants. No you cannot use our restroom. Company policy. What can I help with looking at the 80 dollar battery. Explained I was going to wet my pants, I'm diabetic half to go when it calls. I pleaded with him.never go into one of your stores ever again.

One of the rudest salespeople I’ve ever encountered. I needed a battery for my keyfob. The fellow who waited on me actually said to me that he had a family to feed when I declined buying a warranty for the tiny little button battery. I told him I had a family too. He was insistent about the warranty. I did not buy one. Would have made my battery purchase over $24. I told him I didn’t even know if I would still have my car next year. Very pushy. Won’t be going back. I only drive 6 miles further to this store because I encountered the same rude persistent behavior at their store in Independence. They must train their employees to really push those warranties.

This place is supposed to install your battery for you when you buy it but the kid in there couldn't figure it out. He told me we might be able to figure something out which never happened. I had to go somewhere else to have my battery installed.

I buy all my batteries from Batteries Plus. Competitive pricing and warranty, and get a discount for ordering online and picking up at the store of your choice.

False advertising. Says they will do Free Battery installation. Went with wife to pick up battery and was told "If we can install it, will be an extra charge. " Yet sign on the window disagrees.

Austin is the man had my phone ready to go in about 40mins. Great customer service! I will never know how he was so polite and had his customer service together at 8: 30 in the morning to help fix my phone but I'm okay with that. Doesn't give you a lot of small talk. (I can't stand when people have unnecessary conversations early in the morning). The store was nice and clean and the music was good

Fast friendly service. Ordered online. Walked in and out with order in less than 5 minutes once notified it was ready to pick up.

The gentlemen who helped me this morning at the Liberty location was the BEST! Very helpful, knowledgeable and nice! I will go back!

I had recently had one of the best customer service experiences ever from team member Victor over at the Liberty location. My wife’s car needed a new battery and Victor had the battery sent over from the Lee’s Summit location. Victor said they could install the battery for me without issue. I arranged to be there at 4: 00pm and then a rainstorm developed. I called Victor and he said come on down and he would install it in the rain. I showed up and by this time it was raining really hard and the wind was blowing. Victor met me at the door and said he would take care of installing it right away. I was so impressed with his willingness to go that extra mile and I didn’t ask for him to do that. Very impressive for this young adult to go out of his way especially when there was no incentive to do so. I highly recommend Batteries Plus and the staff at the Liberty store, especially Victor.

Do NOT take anything here. If I could rate zero stars I would. Took my mom’s Michael Kors watch to get the battery changed around Christmas. What should have been a 20-30 minute interaction has turned into a 5 month nightmare with the lost watch. They said they broke the back of the watch, which is why I had to leave the location without the watch in the first place. Then they said they cracked crystal and they would send it to Michael Kors to replace the crystal. After talking to the manager five months later, they said there was no notes on this interaction. Very unprofessional and very disrespectful. I will never recommend anyone to come back. They lost the watch and have no intentions on trying to resolve the situation.

Verbiage matters: went here to get my screen fixed and the dude working on it broke my ear piece. They told me, “Not to worry, we’ll just order you a new phone. The speakerphone did work however, the good thing is, I have heard hearing, and I rely on the speakerphone anyway. But I did tell my partner I would send him the new iPhone. Promised to me… I received it and… yea.it was in a plastic bubble wrapped bag with scuff markings around the camera. Then he later told me “nahh man, it was a mint condition phone…” I’m discouraged. Not to mention my new screen is an aftermarket screen and now I have a consistent alert on my phone telling me the hardware is not made by Apple. Plus I paid for the “repair. ” I won’t come here again. Said it’d be an hour but really was about 2hours and 15mins.

Not a place to come to ask questions either because the guy that was working on my phone was talking under his breath - if you don’t like your job don’t work there. Plain and simple…

Clerk named David tried to upsell my elderly father on batteries. He needed 4 batteries and he said the only thing they had was a pack of 20. I walked around the corner and found a pack of 8. Wanted to take my dads cash over his credit card. Then tried to pretend he gave him his change back when he didn’t. When I confronted the clerk named David on his shady behavior I told him we wouldn’t be coming back he said good we don’t need your business. If I would have ever said that to a customer when I was in customer service I would have been fired on the spot. He refused to give me his managers name and would only direct me to corporate. He also didn’t want to give me his name but relented and then demanded my name which is none of his business. I haven’t been in such a messed up customer service situation in a long time even though things are bad everywhere this tops them all. Don’t go here and especially if your elderly. I can only imagine what my dad would have went though had I not been present. Kind of scary.

Brandon was very kind and knowledgeable! The entire staff was nice over phone and in person.

Love this place to have every battery in need even gave me an account for my business concrete flat work for Cbs
