B&B Theatres Hannibal Main Street Cinema 8

Seats were broken for the 4D theater, half of the theater's 4D seating doesn't work. We watched the movie a month ago and still haven't received the refund. They don't even have phone number to contact, you would have to go there in person to talk. Horrible experience and zero customer service.

Nice theater! Very clean and even made us fresh popcorn when asked! Snacks are a little expensive.

This is a really nice theater!
I recommend it if you are going to be in town and want to see a movie.

We went and saw AVATAR in 4-D last night. The only reason that I didn't give it more stars, was that the 4-D chairs were malfunctioning and mostly annoying. The seats were like sitting in Coach on a domestic flight.

Until the industry improves the 4-D experience, we will not waste the money on 4-D in the future.

Half of 4D theater seats doesn't work and they do not honor refund. Terrible management, Horrible experience, never going back!

Always a nice place. I just wish they'd keep up with the popcorn flavorings.they always seem to be out of the white cheddar

Love the theater. Seats are amazing. Normally I go to newer movies and that’s always in theater 7 and it’s great but there is a sprinkler head that is in top right of the screen that I see every time I go there. Sound could be a bit better as well. Love the customer service and everything in the theater if i have to criticize anything it would be those two things.

Such a beautiful theatre with excellent seating and staff. Plenty of parking, clean facilities. Love this theatre!

Went to see 2 movies for cinema day and the workers were very nice and did their jobs well! Even making people put their phones away and if people got to loud asked them to quiet down. Very good experience!

Worst movie experience ever!
Theater was out of soda, fruit snacks for kids meals and popcorn was very stale. Trash laying everywhere on the floor.

So, I live in Eureka, MO. Purchased four tickets online for a 6: 30pm movie for what I thought was at the Wildwood location. Unfortunately, I had an all hands on deck issue at work that I knew was going to keep me from being on time so I drove to the Wildwood location ~4: 00pm to let them know and get a refund. I was not aware I could do this online. Once I got there, they pointed out the tickets were purchased for the Hannibal location, nearly 2 hours away. They referred me to the website for requesting a refund. Of course they didn't alert me to the fact you have to do this within 2 hours of the movie time

So, I ran back home but immediately had to jump on a work call to handle my work crisis. At ~5: 15pm, I had a chance to visit the website to request a refund but no bueno, the system wouldn't allow it and I actually thought it was a technical error so I reached out via email.

One of the CS reps returned my email and after going back and forth about my situation, was told: "I'm sorry you made a mistake", sent me the link to the return policy. WOW. Way to have empathy B&B.

Look, I understand I made a mistake but it was an innocent mistake in which I jumped through hoops to try to correct. It just doesn't seem fair how it played out and as far as the CS rep who I so politely asked to escalate my situation (and who still hasn't) so I had a chance to explain this all to someone who could overwrite a policy based on my case, next time just send it to your lead or further up the chain. Show me you are trying. That's all I asked for.

If you like watching movies and reclining back and enjoying yourself This Is The Place To Go they got a good staff that works there and they're very friendly.

The seats were very comfortable. The staff greated us with a smile. I just had a problem with the bathroom not being properly stocked with soap and paper towels and several people that were being rude by having their phones out while the movie was on.

Comfy seats that recline. I didn't see a movie in the new 4d. Popcorn was cold and slightly stale - we were the last movie on a weekday. Staff didn't know how to run a debit/ credit card as a credit card so my son had to pay.

Really nice theater. Daughter and I had a girls day and pick here the see Jurassic Park. Like that you can pick your seat and loved the reclining seats. Theater was clean and people were nice. Took my travel blanket, and was glad I did.

The caption device did not work and had to go get another device which still not work.told the girl and all I got was an apology. I was not a happy camper

Another day another great experience here at B&B Theatres. This time, I went to see the thrilling movie “Top Gun, ” and my goodness, I could have not chosen a better theatre. I had pre-purchased my tickets to ensure my family got the best seats in the house! This fine establishment also had a bar! I enjoyed a drink called “The Director. ” The staff was super nice as well! My guy Cameron was on the ball. It was a full 10/10 experience and I can’t wait to go again.

It has been an absolute pleasure to enjoy the magic of the movies here at this B&B Theatres.
