6They don’t call nobody back and my disabled daughter really needs a caseworker
This place is an absolute joke and I'm shocked they haven't been sued out of business yet. At my last visit, I was telling Cynthia Heck that I was groomed by my ex (I was 15, he was 23 and my boss). She asked me if I "tend to blow things out of proportion" and dismissed what I said. None of these doctors listen, they just experiment on you with different meds.
Yes, I've complained.it honestly gets you nowhere.
Do NOT go see Doneva Snow. She is absolutely worthless. She doesn’t even remember who you are when you’ve seen her for more than six months! She is completely unprofessional and uncompassionate, and I warn you that you will be disappointed in her. First, she tried to tell me that I was bipolar one then she tried to tell me because none of the meds were working, that I no longer was bipolar. Then she tried to tell me I was borderline personality disorder based on no information from me. She is not good!
How am I supposed to have consistent mental health care when I never get calls for canceled appointments on their end? The amount of gas wasted coming to the facility just to find out your therapist is out for the day. It's frustrating. I'm thinking about going elsewhere but jeez it's almost like mental health doesn't matter in the state of Missouri nor is it possible to thrive.
I've never gotten a call back from them. I've called so many times. This is what our taxes are funding.
Came in today since I tried to unalive yesterday. Turned me away because it was after hours (430pm) and was told to go to the nearest ER if I feel “unsafe”. Was provided “resources” on a sheet of paper but nothing else. Thanks so much.:)
