Bear Creek Wine Company and Brewery reviews
18My husband an I enjoyed the live music an friendly staff grate atmosphere would recommend this to all our friends.
We had a great time at Bear Creek Wine Company and Brewery. We visited in September, 2023 for the week end. We love going there every chance we get. The employees are super friendly and helpful with their suggestions for wine/beer pairings with the various items on the menu. Even though they are super busy on the week ends, service is fast. Look forward to going back soon.
Had my rehearsal dinner here and while the food, views and wine are good the employees were rude. I asked what room our dinner was in and was told to just walk to both and figure it out… as the bride I was the first one there and had no idea what room was ours. I didn’t figure it out until they started to bring food to the room.they also brought out all the pizza at once when we were told it would be brought out in batches so it would be warm. We were given one spatula for 50 people to get pizza and could never get help from anyone. Very disappointed
Such a great afternoon, live music, great food and drinks. Very pleased with the atmosphere!
Update: they seem to have remodeled, looks great!
Beautiful setting for a winery. We have been to many wineries and have purchased ALOT of wine from small wineries. Too bad the service was terrible and the wait staff was rude, specifically Rebecca. We happily didn't purchase any wine. Rude employees ruin businesses. Now it makes sense why we saw all the WE ARE HIRING signs everywhere. Don't waste your time at this place.
It was okay. Pizza was good but seating was poor and uncomfortable. It was quite busy so I may not be seeing what some other guests see.
Not worth the hype. Food is overpriced and not great, staff are rude, the wine had some kind of sediment and they didn’t seem concerned about that, and it’s become very obvious that the goal is to do anything they can to make money. Save yourself some time and don’t come here.
This is the type of place I could see myself owning in retirement.
Brewery, winery, restaurant, bed & breakfast, venue, shopping, live music, set in the serenity of Ozark land.so cool.
The pizzas were creative and very good.
Beers were on point while the wines were.wines, not my thing. Lol.
I'd live to get back out for an overnight night.
Absolutely loved our stay here. At the time, there were a few minor disappointments, but the ease and service of stopping by the winery combined with a lovely balcony in the woods overcame them.
My husband booked the place for two nights for my birthday. As for the winery, the pizza was always lovely and while I normally prefer a classic, dry wine, I'd suggest tasting their frozen drinks.
Great location with good wines, beer, food, and facilities. We unfortunately had a bad waitress. She was very bitter and negative. I asked for 2 samples and she gave a card with 4 slots. I put the 2 beers I wanted to try and she threw it back to me and said I need to fill all 4 lines in, because they put them their for a reason. I said I thought we got 2 tastes, and she said those are samples. I took my 2 samples and paid my bill. Our pizza and pretzels were excellent. The cheese for the pretzels was sadly cold, but still good. I would do this place one more time based upon the good wine, beer, and food. The other staff appeared to be be super. Maybe our girl, who I didn't catch her name, was just having a bad day.
I had a little weekend getaway and this is just where we ate supper.
The pizza was pretty good and the panini actually was an adult size!
The Catawba and Rhubarb wine was delicious sweet wine.
And their new Mountain Mama sweet wine was very good too!
Awful. The man with glasses, bald head was probably one of the rudest employees I have ever encountered. We waited over 45 min for pizza, was promised a free pizza by the waitress, to be told by the bald man that there would be no free pizza because waiting long periods of time for a pizza was "just something that happens" and that it happens every weekend. After he was extremely rude he then had the nerve to talk bad about us to other customers. I have gone their for over 10 years and have never been treated so poorly. It was so disappointing. What happened to customer service and being kind. That man definitely lost these qualities over the years.
We visited with a tour group. The staff is incredibly kind and accommodating to our group outing. We all had the flights and charcuterie board. The charcuterie was amazing, tasty selections that we would happily order again. The pizza only comes in one size but worth every bit. My personal favorite was the White Trash pizza. There was live music and plenty of seating for our lunch. Highly recommend and want to go back sooner rather than later.
This is our second time staying here and we love it! Family friendly and great atmosphere. Super friendly staff! Good food and even better wine! A gem nestled in the woods!
Really great place to shop and spend the day enjoying great beer, wine, and food. Awesome place. A must place to visit.
Visited Bear Creek yesterday for the first time. What a wonderful experience. Everything was first class. The setting, food, wine, entertainment and service were 5 star.
My wife and I split a salad and a panini and had plenty of food. Bought a bottle of Vigilanti and loved it.
This has become one of my absolute favorite places in Branson (actually 10 minutes north off 65).
I will be a repeat "offender". Loved the place.
Who knew? It's just a few miles from where we live and it's such a wonderful place to relax and enjoy good food and spirits. No wait and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Such a beautiful place in the middle of the woods. Roads are plenty wide to get in and plenty of room to park. Live entertainment was also great. Give this place a chance. Pizza is awesome!
We confirmed online that they were open until 7pm online. Arrived at 5: 55 and waited in line about 15 minutes. There were still 10 people in front of us waiting to place their food order. A staff member yelled from the Kitchen that the kitchen was closed. We asked if they would still take the orders for the people who had been waiting in line. We were harshly told “no- kitchen closed at 6: 15”.
If they want to close at that time I would suggest updating your hours to state you close at 6: 15pm. After driving 45 minutes to come eat here it was a disappointment.
