I have lived here in Beau Jardin for several years now along with my best friend Mutzie. She has lived here for more than 2 decades.
It's more than 15 years ago when I started cleaning for Mutzie every other Monday for years and years as she got older she started having me come in more often.
I asked her once why she didn't have a home and her response to me was (I am at home! Beau Jardin is MY HOME.) I told her years ago when the time comes I would move in with her so she would never have to leave her HOME.
The staff here from Management to Maintenance is the very best. So professional and will and have gone to great lengths to help not only Mutzie n Me but all the residents here. The complex is well kept the landscaping is beautiful and every night single people, couples and families are out walking n enjoying the dog park, swimming pool, tennis courts. If ever you have a problem with anything maintenance is on top of it.
The Management here go above and beyond to fix any issues you may have. They make you feel important and special.

Seriously there is nothing this maintenance man Mark can’t do and his humility along with his amazing persona is a class act! Mark if you ever read this just know that we love you and appreciate everything you do for this community. Don’t ever leave us, we couldn’t be this happy in our home without the incredible work you do for us! Oh and please stop by to say hello to my mum when she arrives for her 3 month vacation. She knows all about you. Yep! The goodness of Mark stretches from the USA to the UK and South Africa.

Shoutout to Mark, the amazing and fabulous maintenance man who drove out from his home to my apartment on a Sunday because I had AC issues. Thank you Mark for being an amazing human!

Amazing maintenance crew, the Leasing Office staff are simply the BEST PEOPLE AROUND, and I am so happy to call this place my home! I can’t wait to spend more time here in this lovely community!

It's been two years I'm living here. Very nice, caring and helpful management! Few maintenance needed, and they took care of those nicely. The neighborhood is beautiful, safe and quiet. No bugs, no molds, and good facilities. There are some community events run by management time to time which is cute. I really like this place and recommend it.

I just recently moved to Beau Jardin this month and already have been pretty shocked at the level of intention, kindness, and hospitality I’ve found here! I have lived in apartments for years and have had a very typical experience with all complexes. This one is so immediately different! The greenery, the courtyards, the dog park, pool, tennis courts, everything is kept so well and clean. There are lush trees and gardens all over, and the peaceful feel of the outside is matched when you go into your unit. I drove here straight from Nashville and was so comforted to walk into my new place and see that the hallways were clean and free of any clutter and that they even put an air freshener in my empty place to greet me, which made me feel at home.

All these things would be great enough, but the thing that will keep me here is the kindness and warmth from everyone. Teresa, in the front office, is hospitable and helpful with any and all questions, the maintenance team is friendly and greets you with a smile, and everyone seems to be a family, looking out for one another and knowing each other by name. (Teresa even knows the residents dog’s names and walks my neighbor’s sweet dog for her every night!)

I have never seen such care and intention from a complex before. It must all stem from Teresa and staff, and their heart for their residents and workers! It is safe, warm, and inviting. I’m lucky this is my new home

Update 2023-
After getting engaged, I had to move from Beau Jardin into a house to prepare for my next chapter:) Even though this is such a sweet time, I felt so sad to leave my Beau Jardin neighborhood and the incredible office staff. Teresa and Kailey were so accommodating and supportive during my move and made sure I knew how excited they were for me. They have made this such home for me and I know they will for the next person who moves in too. And ANY time you have a need or problem, they are there to hear it and Ray will be there to fix it. They truly care for tenants like I have never seen. They really are like a family! I will miss them all!

I'm beyond grateful to share about my sister's (yes, my own blood!) magical journey of residing at this enchanted abode for nearly a decade! A full-on TEN on the fabulous scale, let's toast to Kailey and Theresa, our office superstars. They're the dream team duo who've transformed this place into a mini paradise, the likes of which I assure you, you haven't experienced before.

When life threw my sister a curveball and a medical issue kept her away for a while, these two wonder women swooped in like superheroes. They bent not just backwards, but every which way possible to help us out! We're talking about juggling rent payments, helping move my sister to a handicap-accessible apartment (yes, they have those too!), and then consistently checking in on us like family.

Nestled in the inviting arms of West County, this friendly community sits in an amazing location. But there's more to this place than just its position on the map! Here, you'll find a pool area that's so relaxing, you'll forget about those beach vacations! They also have a dog park to let fido run free, tennis courts, and a gym to keep that cardio in peak condition, and beautiful landscaping on the common grounds. Expect to be greeted by friendly smiles and helpful hands, ready to turn your stay into an extraordinary experience.

The amenities are wonderful as are my neighbors and all the staff. Everyone is friendly and respectful it’s a truly wonderful place to call home
