Friendly staff, fast service. Only issue is with daughters gel nails. The began peeling off in sheets after 3 days.

It was really friendly environment and it was super clean in the salon! Would go again I love the work.

This is the only place in St. Louis I will get my eyebrows waxed. I'm always pleased with their work.

I’ve always been picky about finding the right place to have my nails done. I’ve been coming here for over 2 years now. The business is clean and the employees are friendly. Lee is amazing and definitely an expert in his craft! I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my nails.

Formed a great relationship especially with Mr. Lee.he is amazing and if you ever have a problem, they'll take care of u without even having to make an appt.

Awful experience. Jennifer did my pedi and it was the worst I've ever experienced! She never acknowledge me.didn't say a word. Started filing my toenails and I had to say I want them trimmed. Still not a word. The entire pedi last 18 minutes and they charge $26. No foot massage and she just rubbed my front calf as she watched TV. I had to trim one of my toenails when I got home. It was a total rip off and I will never go back!

Asked for a regular manicure and when I asked if she was gonna actually give me a manicure like clip cuticles, take off hang nails she created with file etc, she said “what I do? ”. Even as I am telling her I am unsatisfied with the quality of service, I still got this horrible manicure. This isnt the first time but Teresa is not a good technician for actual manicure, paint job okay I would not come back here again.

When I walked in I was not spoken to. I didnt read to far into this because it happens. I waited a bit then asked about getting my overlay removed and redone and a color change on my toes. She advised me just to wait and I suggested soaking and she declined. As I waited more people without appointments came in and request the same service as me and get assistance. After the 3rd overlay I spoke up and sat soaking my hands for an hour and a half because they "needed to soak" while the 3rd walk-in overlay got hers filed off (like the other two) and was working on a polish choice. I decided it wasnt for me and left. I typically search black-owned places and there wasnt one nearby, but I'd rather be treated better for a further drive. Very poor service.

You never know what your going to get from this salon. It never adds up to a comforting experience, however. None of the ladies do nails or toes the same way as they do not all have the same training. The tools are not sterilized between uses! The end result is mediocre at best. The only pro is that they get you in without an appointment with a relatively short wait.

I’ve been going here a lot and usually get ok service. Last time I went to get a full set, they charges me $35. A little pricey but I didn’t complain. Over the 4 years I’ve been going here I been getting relatively the same nail length and have been charged $25-$45. When I re-visited 2 weeks later to get a fill and THREE nails fixed, Susan charged me $30. I was really upset but didn’t want to make a scene. This is outrageous and they needa figure out they prices. Don’t know if I’m gonna come back. They’re pricing always going up but the nail service ain’t getting any better

I have been twice to this salon. The first time they did an amazing job. The second time they were in a hurry when they did me and my moms nails. While they were drying they rushed me out of the shop and I smudged one of my nails. I went back in to get it fixed and the woman asked me “what did you do now? ” And she just painted over it leaving a dent in my nail. It’s not even been two weeks and I already need my nails done again. They also require you to add a tip before they run your credit card which I was not aware of. They gave me dirty looks when I did not add a tip because I had no idea it worked like that.

I went in for a pedicure, my feet were super rough. I had seen on here that they were "personable and the massage chairs were great and they do great work" but that is not the case. Sure my callouses are not AS rough (several missed spots) but, the woman would not stop pushing "color" (nail polish) I had to keep telling her no. Not one employee even offered to turn on the chair and when I tried (and failed) I was ignored. I was sat at the same time as another person and they started mine 20 minutes later "finished" 20 minutes before his. I felt very rushed and dismissed the entire time I was there. And sitting on the couch now, 2 days late, my toe nails are very rough and need to be re-filed. I gave 2 stars because she did get most of the roughness off my heals and big toes.

They do a great job but they don't seem too friendly. Get some pretty ugly stares at times but the quality of work they provide is good just need to work on customer service skills

Whenever I want a pedicure or to get gel polish, I come here. They always do a great job and I personally have never had any issues at this salon. Highly recommend!
