I love the customer service you get when you enter. I love the liter sales on hair products. Pricey but great products.

I took my 3 and 5 year old girls in today for their first haircuts and we had a great experience. They fit us into the schedule late in the day and Roslyn did a wonderful job. She was patient, kind and did a great job double checking with me on length. I have seen Lucia many times in the past for my own hair as well and she also does a great job!

Love Beauty Brands for haircuts! As someone who works until 6 PM or later most nights, I love their flexibility of hours. They have evening hours and weekend hours. I recommend Geena or Megan! Both ladies are amazing and both have weekend appointments, which is great.

After an abysmal experience at local nail salon that was “highly recommended” on social media—where I had to wait 1/2 an hour past my appointment time for thick lumpy dips with no uniformity that peeled then broke in less than a week—I decided to try Beauty Brands. (I had gone there years ago until my favorite tech retired and always had a great experience.). I cannot say enough good things about my latest nail appointment with Christina at Beauty Brands! It was easy to book online. Everyone was friendly from start to finish. I was taken back promptly at my appointment time and offered a beverage. Christina spoke with me about my expectations and looked at pictures I had before deciding how to proceed. I got my first set of gel nails. They are comfy and look much more natural than dips or acrylics. For color, I had read about a new trend “unicorn nails” and Christina made it happen…a soft, shimmery, ethereal pink with a subtle iridescence that looks even better in person than in the photo! And if you want to get in on some of the other latest trends—florals, negative space, jewels and embellishments, waves, chromes—Christina can do those too! She is a true artist. I look forward to my next visit!

Beauty brands already has great prices on my favorite hair products but their $9.98 annual spray sale is the best time to stock up! Once a year I buy my dry shampoo and hair spray.it’s literally the best deal! I can only speak on this location, but they are always prepared for this sake, they have plenty of product in stock.

I came in today for a last minute appointment for a haircut. It had been at least three years since I’ve gotten a haircut. Mom life and personal reasons make it very difficult to keep up with my own self care. I also have really bad social anxiety, so bad that I literally dread going places. Which is particularly why I’ve neglected my own hair care for so long. Lucia was my stylist and I can’t express how great she was. Right away she had a warm friendly smile. I told her how long it had been since I’ve gotten a hair cut, she didn’t make me feel judged or bad about it in anyway. Some people just have that natural ability to draw people in and she is definitely one of those people. I really appreciate the service she provided and I really love how great and healthy my hair looks now.

They had I went in for, store is fairly organized and the staff did not have any info on the product I purchased. Prices seemed higher then online options but it’s a convenient location.

The lady at the front was very rude. I was trying to get help with a good shampoo for my hair. She didn’t even come over to talk to me as I asked for help twice. Her response was I don’t know your hair. I left very frustrated and won’t vibe back. It’s the poorest customer service I’ve had in a long time. Shame!
