I had an appointment and asked if I could reschedule it earlier because I’ve been having wisdom tooth pain and asked if they could take a look at it. They said they couldn’t get me in any sooner then my actual appointment date.they said they would get me pain meds for it but gave me infection medicine instead I told them I don’t have an infection multiple times. Then on the day of my actual appointment they called the day off and said they had to reschedule it even though I told them before I was in pain.

Horrible receptionist! Unorganized. Safe to say I’m changing dental offices.

Receptionist is soooo rude, she NEVER can find or remembers ppl appointments (even when she writes it down in the book. She always says “she”ll return your phone-call & never does (when it comes to verifying your appt) & before you know it you’re appt would have came & went bc she didn’t notify you in enough time. When you try to reschedule, she will give you an appt 2months after your original appt, she set for you when she’s at blame for the initial appt being missed. So within that wait-time your child teeth would only be getting worst. And btw I believe the (receptionist) has a substance-problem bc when she speaks over the phone her words are always “slurred”.

The receptionist was very rude, I called to schedule an appointment for my husband and the lady interrupted me and hung up on me mid sentence.
