17Put down a deposit for Pre-NYE bowling event. Took 6 people 25 minutes to figure out that I paid cash over 3 weeks ago. Then the shut our lane off 25 minutes early. Luckily the guy I paid the deposit to came in later and offered us a card for 2 hour of bowling. The center is great during normal times, just too chaotic whit new employees during high traffic events. Better planning by management!
Balls feel as though they've never been wiped. Lanes were sketchy and others wore regular shoes. Didn't play in arcade at all.
Had a cheeseburger, loaded swidewinder fries, macaroni and cheese, & a strawberry butter cake. It’s pretty good, though my burger did taste burned. They explained that they were still calibrating their grill. There is an arcade up a small flight of stairs so it’ll be nosy. Place looks clean, especially bathroom. Gamer’s Grill parking is on the backside of the complex, so no parking problems.
Great fresh food with new flavors. Great experience. We will be back and highly recommend.
Compared to the rest of the building, the lanes are quite lackluster. I was ignored by the employees more than once when we had problems with the lane, cutting into our paid time.
Arcade is amazing, blowing is amazing, and they restaurant is outstanding one look and my breath was gone. 10/10 recommend
I went there with my family and the lady said we had to do a lane rental instead of buying games and the lane completely shut us off mid game. Not a very good experience.
Really affordable and fun! Bowling, Lazer tag, pool, arcade, bar, etc. You can get a day pass for like $16.99 per person, for two hours and do a little bit of everything!
I really enjoy visiting! Friendly staff and a lot to do without having to drive all the way to KC
Mike and Jeny are great people and I love that they brought something fun like this to Saint Joe. Every time I come in I see something new or improved. I'm excited to see how far they will go!
I liked it. The environment was cool, the people were friendly, and they made sure you had what you needed to bowl a good game.
Kids had a blast! Bowling was a good value and the food doesn't price gouge.
Entrance is not well marked at all! We parked across from Freddy's because that looks the most like an entrance coming from the north, but then had to drag everyone up the hill to the top side entrance. A simple sign over that door would make a huge difference for first time visitors.
Overall the kids enjoyed it and we spent less than a movie for a family of 5 and we were in air conditioning for 2 hours! Will visit again.
Sarah the Manager and she was horrible. She was rude and disrespectful the the customer. I cannot stand for long periods of time and they do not have seating for you to watch her your kids. She didn't care too bad for me.
Great place to celebrate birthdays or anything really. Lots of lanes and great atmosphere. I love their arcade and games work a lot more often than any arcade around here. Only reason I can’t give it a five star is because their lanes do tend to have problems with gutters, ball return, and pins not setting right
Needs a lot of updates. Ceiling is uneven, stained and deteriorating. Most of the bowling balls are old and chipped. The games and laser tag are a plus for kids. The bar is good.
Great place for a birthday party and to bowl. Now the arcade room is another story. Most games are broken and the staff rudely question you when you ask for a credit back. Games were breaking left and right some the game play selection were slim pickings! Definitely not worth the money.
