Belt Laundromat & Dry Cleaners, St Joseph MO

I bring in laundry and drop it off to be washed by the attendant. They charge by the pound. They do a wonderful job and are willing to hang up easy to wrinkle shirts if asked.

The washers were so dirty I can't see how they can get your clothes cleaned. It didn't look like they had been cleaned in ages. The attended was sitting outside the door smoking (allowing the smoke to come in the building) the whole time we were there.

Out of the two laundromats that I've been two hands down 100% this is by far the best one. For the most part everything is clean no real issues at all. I will always go here until and if I find a better laundromat.

Washing machines didn't clean my clothes they still smelled unclean and it left soap residue on them and they were expensive

Worst place to go the acs broken I got 10$ in change and I put money in a washer and it got stuck so the worker jammed a butter knife in it and then I put more money in it and after 9.75$ a 8.75$ wash said I still needed to pay 5.75$ I told the lady she call her boss and told them the machine was working perfectly but then put an out of order sticker on the machine and refused to let me speak w them refused to give me my money back and even called the police. The worker was obviously on drugs and didn’t want to get fired for jamming a butter knife in a machine

Everything is OK. My only complaint would be some dryers don't dry efficiently even with proper space for tumbling. People eat in there and tables don't get wiped off sometimes but overall it's clean and easy to get to. If you need to drop off laundry or need dry cleaning, there is an attendant.

It is clean but what a rip off on price. All the washers are front load and small. We had perhaps 1 large load and had to use the 2 load washer $4.75 per load. Then the dryer says $. 50 but that only gets you 7 minutes LOL. Have you ever seen a dryer dry in 7 minutes. I put in a dollar and got 14 minutes, of course after that they were still not dry so I had to put in another dollar and they are still not dry. Another $. 50 and most were dry I’m calling it good and taking them as is. I am just traveling through St Joseph, next time I will look for another place. Oh by the way bring your own soap $1.75 for a small box.

This is the worst coin laundry I have ever been to, and I have been to a lot. I can put up with the dirty floors, I can put up with the grouchy lady. High way robbery for a medium machine that leaves your clothes very wet when finished. The dryers do not get very hot and 25 cent's for 3 minutes will cost you a fortune. Good luck.

Clothes came out of washer very wet. Dryers are outrageously expensive and don't dry well. All machines are very expensive.

Dirty and staff just sits there. When I did this job I cleaned machines lint traps mopped cleaned bathroom etc what choice do you have when your bedding is too big for your machines. Options are not available!
