Joann has a calming energy about her which a person with high anxiety like myself really really needs when it comes to anything in the medical industry. They got my brother in within 24 hours, and got him relief almost immediately. The treatment plan was detailed and followed, there were no surprises when it came to the bill. Every single person in this office loves their job and you can tell. They are full of compassion, education and care. I would absolutely recommend this office to anyone needing dental care.

Just here to vouch for this business, I have had all my dental work done here since returning to MO 3 years ago and have had regular cleanings and a handful of fillings. In every visit all staff members have been helpful and professional. I am not a huge fan of dental work but it’s nice when everyone is helpful, patient, and willing to explain everything as it happens. I am grateful to be able to have my dental work done so well and so close to home. Dr. Ian and TJ are stellar at what they do!

They got me in as a new patient for a emergency wisdom tooth removal and it was painless.
Always hear horror stories about it but they made it a great experience. No pain during the removal at all!

This is a special place. Dr. Ian, TJ, and Rebekah are exceptional professionals who sincerely care for their patients. They are generous with their time, knowledge, and resources. Dr. Ian took the time to present options of treatment with our budget in mind, and clearly explained the pros and cons of each. This is an office that clearly works hard to stay current on the options and resources available within the world of dentistry. It is rare to find a place that can be recommended without reservation, but Belton Healthy Smiles is such a place. From the initial entry to exit we were treated in a friendly, professional manner. I am so thankful to have found them, and you will be too!

Wowee.a visit to the dentist has never been so enjoyable! My 5 year-old proclaimed that he wants to “stay at the dentist forever! ” after his visit with hygienist Ty and Dr Ian. Ty was great, patiently explaining each instrument and what he was doing with it and made my little guy feel so at ease! Dr Ian was quick (so important when you’ve got 2 kids under 5 at the appointment!) but also kind and playful. He clearly explained what he saw in a very open and honest way and wasn’t pushy at all. I’ve had prior nerve-wracking experiences of dentists using scare tactics to convince me to do one thing or another, but I feel completely confident that I can trust Dr Ian’s opinion and recommendations. We live 30 minutes from this office but the drive is worth it for the fantastic experience! It’s obvious they truly care about their patients. Thanks for the great visit Pacific Plains!

Sorry! (Long review) I absolutely fear the dentist! My anxiety is usually through the roof. I was referred here from a friend after expressing my dentist moved to a new state and I was experiencing pain. I trust my friend so I went. I think it's important to share my experience especially for people who have anxious feelings about the dentist. I called and the customer service was amazing, like seriously! I felt comfort just from that call, thanks Joanne! (I hope I remember and spell everyone's name right) I get to the office and once again another employee interaction that made me feel like family, thanks Mrs. Garrett! I get to the back office with CeCe who did my x-rays, we talked and laughed and she explained some options and made sure I understood, thank you! Now, this dentist! Mr Ian Kuklenski basically blew my mind. I know he's a doctor but for him to see some of my existing health issues through my teeth had me shell shocked. I've never experinced a dentist see or express concerns like this. I thank you for explaining in detail several options available to me and allowing me to make my own decision but also giving me your thoughts as well. I can now say I feel safe going to the dentist. Best experience ever!

The staff were able to take care of my chipped tooth on my initial visit. In and out - done. Dr. Ian, TJ, and staff worked a bit later that night. I am grateful.

No one says they love going to the dentist but these guys and ladies make it a pleasant experience. Danielle remembered our conversation about my kids from a year ago (what). Points for that. Your not just a number going through. Super job.

My dentist is cuter than yours. I have a Tom Cruise look alike for my dentist ;) … Dr Ian and his awesome dental assistant, TJ, were so patient with me today and made me feel at ease throughout my dental procedure this morning. I love his dental team as a whole. They are wonderful. I highly recommend pacific plains dental.

I absolutely love going to the dentist only because the people are so friendly. I love Dr. Ian. I truly think they care about your teeth.
My dental hygdentist is very gentle when she's working on my teeth. I love that Dr. Ian takes the time out to talk to you whether it's about the weather or whether it's something about the treatment that he's providing for your care. If you're looking for a new dentist this is the place I recommend to go!
