I went to my appointment for periodontal care on 1-23-24. I had not been to the dentist for a whole year. When I arrived, I was pleasantly greeted by the receptionist and sat down. I didn’t wait very long before being called for my appointment with Ashley's Brown RDH. The entire experience was pleasant. When I got into the exam room, Ashley examined my teeth and told me what care I needed. I was really impressed when Ashley told me she would only provide care that was needed, instead of doing unnecessary things that would cost more money. Ashley also explained everything she was doing before she did the work. That made me feel at ease and relaxed. I felt the entire visit from beginning to end at Belton Modern Dentistry was a pleasant experience and I would definitely recommend them to all my family and friends.

I had an emergency takeplace and have extreme anxiety about everything, especially medical issues.

I contacted BMD and from top to bottom it was a perfect experience. They processed my information the same day, schedule my appointment for 2 hours. My pain level was around an 8 out of 10.

The Receptionist was kind and thorough. The Dental Assistant got my Xray done quick and helped calm my anxieties. The Doc sat down and looked at my Xrays, explained the issue and the how quick it would be.

I'm sure not every emergency is super quick but from the time I opened my mouth to the time I was done was less than 15 minutes. I opted for no pain meds, side note. My pain was about an 8 when I went in and literally a 0-1 when I left.

I scheduled a follow up for next week and she was amazing and kind too. I have zero anxiety about that. I will definitely be getting my regular checkups from now on because of how kind and efficient everyone was.

Oh.and I needed to stop at one point during that 15 minute process.he didn't make me feel bad. He just scooted back, let me take deep breaths and collect myself for a minute. THAT IS WHAT I NEED!

So thankful to be pain free and know that I have a place to go. I wish I remembered all their names (but I was a little consumed by my pain). When I go back next week I'll ask and to my best to add their names here becUse they deserve to be recognized.

Hello, I just want to give everyone a heads up. If you are looking for a dentist DO NOT use Belton Modern Dentistry, Dr. Holmes and Dr. Rogers have no business practicing! I went in to establish care and a routine cleaning. Dr. Rogers said I needed 2 root canals on my front teeth (It took over 9 hours) They did the root canals and crowns- quoted me over $2500.00 after my insurance paid $1400.00. Nothing seemed right- They kept falling out. I was in so much pain. After a week one of these teeth broke off my gum line. I went back and they told me they think I need another root canal on the SAME 2 teeth. He broke a bit off and sealed it in my gums. I went to another dentist because this just felt wrong and boy was I right. These people did an unnecessary procedure which left me missing my two front teeth. I have had 3 root canals on the same teeth. They refuse to refund me my money unless I sign this form saying I won't sue them. They went in and deleted all of my billing from the smile generations website. This wasn't just a bad experience, this should never happen to ANYONE. Before walking in this place, I did not have bad teeth. They ruined my smile! Please be careful. Modern Dentistry is already in a class action law suite for the "fees" they inflict on their patients. This place wanted me to sign a "Non-Disclosure" all to get my money back. They never preformed the work- The work they did do caused physical and emotional harm. And the office "Manager" is a horrible human! Keep your loved ones away from this place! Update- I posted a photo of the "Non-Disclosure" they wanted me to sign.

I’ve been here multiple times with no issues. Good professionalism compared to past dental facilities. Friendly and caring staff.

I went in for a basic cleaning and waited for about 2 hours which was fine with me, I understand when places are busy. What really irritated me was the “cleaning” consisted of my teeth being power brushed and flossed. Once the dentist came in, I was told everything looked great and I could leave. I left with plaque and gunk on my teeth that I could still feel. I would not recommend this place to my loved ones. I did not feel that my oral health was taken serious.

I've tried other dentists in the area, this place is better, Dr. Cicchetti is very knowledgeable and a remarkable human. Everyone here does a great job my appointments are always done without any needless waiting! Highly recommend!

Dr. Holmes and his dental assistant Chanel did such an amazing job! They were both so kind and gentle

I had the best cleaning I have ever had with Ashley! She was such a sweetheart, efficient and most of all she used those teachable moments to empower me to take the best possible care of my teeth at home. Fantasic job Ashley!

Had a great experience with Colin Cicchetti he was very thorough explaining with what he was doing. Would highly recommend him.

Regan is an AMAZING hygienist! She is very gentle and does an amazing job! I am never nervous going to see her. She always puts me at ease!

The support staff was excellent. I would have liked to give 5 stars except the dentist, for reasons of his own, did not come in for a full half hour after the others finished.

I love Belton Modern Dentistry! I’ve been coming here for years for teeth cleanings and recently got my wisdom teeth removed here as well! Everything they do is always explained to me along with how much different procedures will cost after insurance covers them. The receptionists are always so kind and efficient at checking you in and scheduling your next appointment. The dental hygienists are very knowledgeable and put so much care into their job and make an effort to get to know you. You aren’t just another patient to Belton Modern Dentistry, you’re a person. Thank you!

First time ever going through the crown procedure with absolutely no pain or discomfort. Might even rid me of dental anxiety next time. Excellent outcome & experience with staff. No waiting… wish i could leave a few more stars

We are so thankful to have found Belton Modern Dentistry. The staff is always friendly, and goes above and beyond to make dental work as comfortable as possible. And Dr. Holmes is amazing. He is the best dentist we have ever had. He listens and has even helped me diagnose other issues that contribute to dental problems. And crowns are even made in-house. It is wonderful to have same day service, not having to have a temporary while you wait a few weeks for one to be made. We can’t say enough positive things about the terrific treatment and service we have received here!

I should've just walked away at the first bad experience, but I decided to give it another chance.
Took my kids there, they did the X-rays, and put them in the wrong charts; switched the kids names. My kids noticed, I bring it to their attention, the little girl, tells me not to worry about it. I was adamant that I was worried about it and it needed correcting. They send someone else, she tells me it will be fixed.
When the dentist comes in, he attended to us with the X-rays still in the wrong chart, I find that crazy! I ask him again and he says it will be fixed. By the time he sees the second child is done but I still think that's crazy.
So I go to my 3 months follow up appointment, in in the lobby looking at my phone, the girl comes out, I hear a weird sound, after the second time I look up, she screams at me " ma'am how do you say your name, I tell her, she starts to stomp away mad, I follow her, she has an attitude the whole time she does my teeth, does not tell me one time what she's doing. You're really mad because YOU mispronounced my name and I didn't answer? I have a last name! Why not call that!
So unprofessional! And unbelievable!

I am privileged that the Dental Lifeline Network referred me to Belton Modern Dentistry. On 8/19/23, I was the patient of Kenneth Rogers, DDS. I am thoroughly satisfied with his work. I really appreciate the exceptional care he took with me. As a matter of fact, the entire dental staff made me feel comfortable during my visit. They were proficient, compassionate, and friendly.
