I was greeted with kindness and efficiently tested I was told the procedures and what the different charts meant. I was told that I had a hearing deficiency that I needed to Take care of. I Appreciated the manner he handled it. I DIDNT accept the knowledge well but your representative Mr Rick Elliot knew what to say. He has a pleasant attitude and manner. Thank you Mr Elliot. I had an appt on March 1,2023, for problems with my right ear. Everything that I wrote from my older visit is still accurate. (Everyone there is very professional and dressed for success! The Receptionist is always smiling and stops what she is doing to greet me! The DOC or Audiologist is very efficient. He explained step by step the hearing Aide that I received. By the time I was leaving, I was using my Hearing Aide like a pro!)

What a difference going to a professional hearing aid specialist! Rick Elliott was exceptional and explained everything in simple to understand terms! Wish I had done this long ago. Tried buying OTC aids and never got any where the results I now am enjoying. Worth every penny.
