It's funny that everyone has great experiences with them but me on the other hand can't never seem to talk to my agent Ben at all! Every time I had problems I had to have the receptionist handle everything as if she was my agent and still til this day haven't talked to my agent, I've been having nothing but problems since I had to deal with them hands on and Ben has not yet contacted me when I've sent emails before nor when I call he's never available. Wish I could have the same experience as everyone else is but I see that's not going to happen no time soon. Still an unsatisfied customer. Just not worth it. The worst experience ever!
