6Dr. Crabtree and his staff are the best! If you are looking for really great eyecare, I highly recommend that you check out Bennett EyeCare Midwest!
Make sure you check your insurance ahead of time! Our insurance changed since our last visit and we didn’t know that they accept the medical but not the vision from the new company. They told us that after the appointment rather than before. We forked out over $400 in visit fees that would normally have been $80 for four appointments. Then they billed us incorrectly for one visit and wanted us to pay for that when they made the mistake.
Busier than I thought they would be but the doctor and his staff were super nice! Very nice experience here.
We had such a wonderful experience with Bennett Eyecare! They were wonderful and patient with my very uncooperative two year old, when we were close to giving up the Dr.brought his own phone to play a show for my son and all of the sudden he was very cooperative and comfortable. We were easily able to finish the rest of the exam with no tears. I highly recommend them to anyone!
What ever you do DONT GO THERE they S**** y** over they don't care I went two times and they still S**** y** over this time I couldn't see better after the frist time my eyes hurt now and they don't give you money back just a 100 out of 600
This place has the best staff around. They truly care about their patients and are so friendly! 10/10 recommend.
