"Exceptional Service! I had the pleasure of working with Sarfaraz Khan at the leasing office, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I inquired about the apartment to the day I signed the lease, Sarfaraz was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating.

Sarfaraz patiently answered all my questions, took the time to show me various floor plans, and even provided valuable insights about the neighborhood. Their friendly demeanor made the entire leasing process stress-free and enjoyable.

I just moved in my apartment on August 30,2023 and my ventilation system has went out. Now I’m started to see bugs come out my vents.

Lexi did an amazing job by welcoming me into my new home …love the energy appears a great place to live!

Lexi was very helpful when it came to me losing my mailbox keys and waiting on important documents. She notified me of when the mail man was in the area and also assisted me with replacing those keys! Thank you Lexi!

My daughter has lived here for about six months and had numerous experiences around the area that have made her uncomfortable but earlier this week a man dressed as a maintenance person entered her apartment right after she came in from walking her dog. He did not identify himself, knock or use a key. Her dog barked and snapped at him and he jumped and closed the door. She reported it immediately and found out he was NOT an employee and she reported it to the police. She has not been back to the apartment since. She has contacted the leasing office to terminate her lease and is being told, regardless of the situation, she has to give 60 days written notice and pay the termination fee. A woman was found dead in an apartment literally across the street - they don’t care. This isn’t the first review of a young woman who has had a man try to enter her apartment in this complex. There is no security, very poor lighting, etc. I don’t recommend any young females ever sign a lease here!

If I am being honest my girlfriend never had a problem with the leasing manager which is why she deserves the five stars but whoever the Imani girl is she is really not professional! My girlfriend never received a notice about her being interested in renewing lease. Last year they actually gave her a letter on her door but this time they didn’t even give her! Imani is very disrespectful! She makes people feel uncomfortable and stupid when they have questions.

Like I said it’s not the proper manger that deserves a horrible review it’s the people that work for the company that makes it horrible

I lived here August 2021 - June 2022. I went back and forth on leaving a review but my experience here was so horrible I felt the need to warn others - SAVE YOUR MONEY and live literally anywhere else.

We lived in the townhouses. Rent is insanely high ($1375) for outdated appliances, bug issues, and a lack of safety - there were frequent shootings in the complex across the street.

One night I hear a popping noise coming from the closet where the laundry machines & electrical box is. I open it and the electrical box is in flames! Fire dept came quickly and luckily no one was hurt no real damage done but I was terrified. Fire dept said wires were exposed and frayed due to poor electrical work and this caused the fire. Bennington Heights tried to blame it on me and my partner and refused to let me out of my lease early. Denied any wrongdoing and insisted the apartment was safe. Charged me thousands of dollars after the fact and didn't give a F about the trauma this caused us.it was by sheer luck that I was home and awake, my partner and our cats could've died if I hadn't caught the fire immediately. There's so much more I could go into about what's wrong with this place but DO NOT live here they do NOT care about your safety.

I absolutely love my experience here at Bennington heights, we live on Mateus dr, and the management is super nice, all maintenance requests are worked upon at the earliest! I would never want to move anywhere else!

The area is nice and convenient and the apartments themselves are not bad, however, I’m going on my third year living here and rent is increasing by $100+ and I’ve had no renovations or improvements offered to my apartment. For example, most units in my area have EITHER a new stove or dishwasher. Not both together. I have a newer stove compared to some neighbors but they have newer dishwashers (I’ve had problems with my dishwasher in the past). I also put a request in during my last lease about my hall closet starting to lift off of the bottom hinge and that hasn’t been taken care of. It’s comfortable living and a great area but could definitely be better for them to be raising the price.

. Bennington let us move in with dirty gross carpet from the previous renter which we were told was a hoarder and lived there for approximately 5 years and we informed them of this when we moved in. We just moved out and they are trying to charge us an extra $200 for an issue we didn’t cause! We kept the apartment very clean and took very good care. Always paid rent on time. Very disappointing. I do not recommend living here. Black mold is all over these apartments, as well as squirrels in the roof and air vents, our ceiling in one of the bedrooms was saturated in mold and they NEVER removed it and were aware about it for months! I was always sick living there. The pool is never open and the staff is rude when you have to discuss any issue.

My experience to live in the Bennington heights apartments is thankful the management was very empathy very kind when I had a issue with my dog he was very patient and i really appreciate he understood my side of the issue, any time I need something from them they are very helpful, I really love my place is very comfortable and very worth it for the price maintenance people ones a while taking care the green areas because people of this community doesn’t respect to keep clean the green areas or the dogs playground they do the best to keep the community looks great

Was scammed out of $350 for applying even after being approved, I finally got to tour and decided to go else where. And they refuse to refund like people just have $350 laying around. Do NOT RECOMMEND APPLYING OR MOVING HERE! SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME, MONEY & HEADACHE

My experience with the leasing process was great. My agent Dan even worked overtime just to make sure I was taken care of. All of the people in the office are very attentive to make sure everyone is getting what they need. I really appreciated this!

We have 3 pools and somehow none of them are ever open. My daughter keeps asking me if we can go to the pool at a normal time like 6 after work on a weekday and I have to tell her no. Every day.

I’ve been here 4 months so far and I am not pleased. My apartment has had spiders real bad since I moved in. Not common small spiders you may see here and there. Big brown spiders I see every other day. Maintenance came once and sprayed since I’ve been here and that did nothing. I was told several times I was added to the list for them to come spray again but they never came. The water in my apartment does not get hot at all and takes forever to get warm. Maintenance came to fix the water issue and it got hot that day only and went back to being warm. It’s to the point I don’t feel comfortable in my apartment. My lease is up in February 2024 and I can definitely say I will not renew. Honestly I will be gone before than because this is ridiculous. Definitely wouldn’t recommend living here.

Unprofessional manager and staff, don't choose this place, they will add fines for silly reason unethical, worst experience
