Benton County License Office, Warsaw MO

The worst office I've ever been in this is my second time in there and again they're asking for documents not required on the card and when I asked them to look at the card first time she refused to even look at it This time I handed her the card and said show me where it says that she read it over two or three times and said doesn't matter you've got to have what I say

I want to give a zero star, but it isn't allowed. Older woman who works here, did not get her name is rude, hateful and degrading to everyone.

The pandemic has made it difficult to walk right into the License Bureau, but these ladies have a fast, efficient system going. I waited less than 10 minutes to get in the door and they quickly helped me with my transaction. I will definitely come back to have these friendly ladies help me again.

I have been here twice. Both times the lady with the long brown hair waited on me and was very sweet. For those complaining about the wait time I’m sure glad you don’t live in the city. Customer service is a two way street. Be nice to them they are nice to you!

I want there today to change my drivers license and change plates since we just moved to Warsaw. They were top notch. Very polite and very helpful. Highly recommend them.

I really love how you guys can't answer the phone iv been in there there's 3 or 4 of you doing nothing never answering any dam phones good job

They do not know their job. They need to learn what it takes to get a real id. If your last name matches your birth certificate you DON'T need your marriage liscene AND divorce papers. If you last name is different you only need 1 document of proof. I just came from getting my real id from the Clinton DMV very nice people there very helpful and they knew their job. I also picked up a pamphlet showing you what you need and if I could attach a picture I would do so. WARSAW WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY!

I've spent time in offices in other countries & states & the office in Warsaw has the best employees who are always pleasant & helpful. The wait time is usually less than 20 minutes. I'd rather go here than any other DMV anywhere.

Anyone giving this office less than 5 stars has obviously never been to one of the office's in the KC area.

THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE And NEVER RETURN MESSAGES. TOLD ME THE WRONG DAYS FOR TESTING. HORRIBLE STAFF
