I work at Higher Level Legal. This morning my key would not work to the building due to the cold. I finally got in after several attempts. I called Berrys Lock Service and received a call back immediately. The employee instructed me to try WD40 first and wow! It works so smooth. Great customer service!

They broke my power window switch and when I asked the guy at the shop about he got extremely loud using profanity

I needed a RV key made and tried other places and they wasn't able to make one. He was able to make it and also told me if I ever lost my key the original has a number on it and if I have the number he can make a key. That's awesome. Thanks for your great service.

I have been to Berry's lock service 3 days in a row at 4: 30 pm and each day they were closed, Their posted closing time is 5pm. I called their number while sitting in front of there location, the person who answered the phone had no idea why his employee closed early, and suggested in the future maybe I should try and get there earlier.

Berrys lock service was amazing! I called late afternoon in a Monday needing a key set for my front door, and he was able to make it out 35 minutes later and help me out! I will definitely be using them in the future should I need anything else. Thank you!
