Learned about their sharpening service from Straub’s and wow! Bertarelli sharpened knives make cooking much easier. My least favorite chef knife cut better than my favorite knife used to, after taking it to Bertarelli.

Excellent service! Excellent products! The chef's knife I bought is quality beyond any I've ever had. They don't just sell knives. They have beautiful handmade charcuterie boards, cutting boards, small kitchen gadgets, meat slicers, and heavy duty commercial grade kitchen equipment. Next time you're on The Hill stop by and take a look. I highly recommend them! I have Christmas presents to buy so I'll be back
