Bertrand Nursing And Rehab Center

Two staff members came in to get patient to take her to lunch. They pulled the curtain to ensure her privacy, explained to her everything they were doing and took care to make sure she was safe.

Very sweet people running the place. Clean and quiet. My grandmother is thriving there and has made a few friends.

My Mother chose Bertrand Nursing Center because this was the second time in 2 years she had to have rehab services. This last time for a broken hip. The kindness, care and dedication the employees imparted to my mother was exceptional, both times, but especially this one. She was up and on her feet, slower for sure, but on her feet! Did I mention she just turned 82? Big thanks and hugs to this most wonderful group of people each and everyone. God Bless You all!

Bertrand Nursing home staff were so helpful, friendly, and positive! What a clean facility!

From walk through with Audrey, SSD to final admission into the facility, she has been above awesome. Nurses Gail, Melody, Elizabeth CNA April plus Becky, dietary Johnny, transport/ maintenance. An awesome Therapy dept. I am so glad mom is here and know she will be safe and well cared for during her stay at Bertrand.

First time I'd been there.was very impressed with the building.the cleanliness. Gail.who said she was a charge nurse.showed me around.very nice lady

Staff is fantastic. Treated my mother-in-law great. Since she was admited today. I researched for the rateing and you came out in the top 10. I personally know the Director so helped on our choice.

Just got my mom checked in… I like the computer sign in (seems very efficient). Everyone was super nice.

I’m amazed by the warm family atmosphere in this facility. It’s a beautiful thing to witness. There is a true bond between the staff and residents.
