Best Buy reviews
18I'd give it half a star less if I could went in to a rude greeter then stumbled around with my friend for a good 45 mins looking for what we were looking for before they finally decided to ask if we needed help after having gotten help I needed to take a bathroom break went in to see a nasty smelling nasty looking restroom. I think the best part of my visit was getting to leave a long drive for 2 items because they didn't have the third
Quite a few associates walk right by without a word. But the few who acknowledge you are excellent. Tanner I believe his name was, is very polite and helpful.
My family and i went to look for a new computer. We didn't need anything fancy and quite frankly not all that into the computer lingo. The guy that "helped" us (longer hair with tattoos) was way less than helpful. He seemed completely disinterested in what we wanted or even help us find what we needed and didn't want to explain the lingo. I guess i am dating myself by saying i remember the days when the people at best buy were eager and extremely helpful in finding things. We got better help at office depot than Best buy and that is a shame. Very disappointing.
Service with my phone was terrible. I waited 45 min to get help. Only 1 person in the department. Ended up just walking out.
Goodness this place could win a award for unorganized. I was in there for 50 minutes just to turn in a loptop for repair.now the Geeks did great once I was able to get one but the rest of the store needs to get a manager or something.
Just meh.
Customer service associates seemed bored and uninterested. Stock was low or non existent and store was messy.
Really Nokia should be getting this but since Best Buy doesn't work on Nokia phones we will give them a bad review too.
The service person that helped me was just awesome. But the set up of the parking lot is a mess due to it being re-paved.
We go to Best Buy for ALL our electronics! The best people work there! Been going for years! Got all our TVs there over the years!
If you are buying an appliance from this store with free delivery, skip Best Buy at all costs. Even if it costs $100 more to have it delivered somewhere else, buy from a local place. Best Buy hires out their deliveries to an incompetent 3rd party delivery company that caused over $1000 in damages to my front entry way door because the installers did not measure the opening properly. They completely ripped the frame of my glass storm door of the front door frame because the fridge would not fit through the opening. After filing a damage claim, with thorough documentation, photograph evidence as well as security camera footage of the incident, the claims company still denied my claim. Disgusting business practices all around here because Best Buy washes their hands of any wrong doing here by hiring the work out and the claims company Sedgwick relies on a 1 paragraph statement from the 3rd party to deny my claim.
If you want help from an associate, you have to tell the "concierge " and they'll come find you. No one ever came to help.but other associates had time to stand and chat?
Great store IF you don't need assistance. Took me 20 minutes to get a guy to come assist me in appliances then while he was finally helping me (very slowly and without much feedbackon what he was actuallydoing), a lady walked over and he dropped everything and walked away to help her, so I just walked out.
Quick in and out for a router
I like how you are not bombarded by employees anymore while walking around store
I walked around for about twenty minutes looking for something they were out of and not a single employee could be bothered to even ask if I needed help.
My phone died and the Samsung rep was super amazing. He even let us know about a promotion for free nice ear buds. Him and his partner from Best Buy were so very helpful and spent a lot of time helping us! Great experience!
Worker shortage affecting service. Waited 20min to talk to someone about a dishwasher. No one showed up to help. Ended up leaving. Will shop there again, but disappointed in that particular experience.
Nathan was excellent in helping me resolve an issue with my Mac computer. He is a great asset and I appreciate his help. He’s a model employee
Workers were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about products. Be sure to use the best buy app.
