14 Good selection, staff were very helpful and attentive.
Prices are a little crazy though.
From the number of times I was asked by someone with a blue shirt if they could help me, I'm going to guess that they are overstaffed. There are still empty spaces on lots of shelves. Still feels like Best Buy is trying to find its way.
Told my the fix for my laptop was covered by my Best buy service plan, then after they took it, a week later they texted me and told me it would cost over $600.
Love shopping here. The employees were very helpful and helped me understand all my questions.
We bought a Samsung sound bar from a very knowledgeable clerk. He was very helpful in helping us pick out the right sound bar for us.
Props to jose, I came in with tons of questions about a mac book which he answered quickly and precisely. He definitely deserves his title and I hope he continues to grow his knowledge/ skills. I will be looking forward to seeing him again upon my next visit. 6- stars
The store is empty, no staff at registers so I had to check out at customer service, which is okay but when I get there I had to wait 10 minutes because they were checking on a return policy. I had to ask to be rang up, nobody offered anything even when I was standing there with an item; after I asked if I can purchase this item here i was answered with a "Uuuh Yeah I guess " Like if he was doing me a favor. Im bot coming back to this location.
The guy at Branson MO store really nice and informative did a great job installing our 4 audio speakers in under a hour
Walk through this Best buy interested in buying a Bluetooth surround sound system from my downstairs theater room. Walked through the whole place and while I was greeted by a couple of employees asking if I needed help when I did specify that I needed help with the Bluetooth speakers. Somebody was supposed to be sent over but we wound up leaving because we waited more than 10 minutes and nobody got there. I do enjoy Best buy but this one seems sparsely stocked and understaffed?
We already knew what we were shopping for and had looked online before coming in to ensure it was available. We came to get a Playstation 5 console with a wireless headset and controller docking station. Pretty big purchase that best buy didn't get my business for because the customer service lady didn't want to help us. When we got to service desk, we waited for the lady to come over to the register, and we politely asked if we could purchase a ps5 console. She didn't say two words. She walked into the back and got a COD bundle ps5. I told her I was so sorry, but we actually wanted the console that wasn't the bundle since it was 40 dollars cheaper and we already own the game. Her reply and I believe the first words she actually spoke to us was "this is what we have". I again apologized and said that we had looked online and it showed it was available here. She didn't apologize for the inconvenience or offer me any type of help or redirection or even explanation. I feel I would have gotten better service from a vending machine in all honesty. At least I wouldn't have been subjected to the rude looks when I kindly asked to purchase a 700 dollar game console and accessories.

Was able to buy unlocked and warranty for a year is $100, i got both and i didn't know there was a deal and i even got a $50 dollar gift card with my phone purchase bringing the price down from 500 to 450

Do your research before you go into the store employees really don't know a whole lot too good place to get a Hands-On look at before you purchase elsewhere, update 05/2023 has gotten worse. You ask for help to see where in the store something may be, and the pull up their phone and before they can even type something into the search bar the say " no we would not have that in the store, you can go online" well if I wanted to search online for electronics, it won't be with your store, everything is overpriced when compared to Amazon or even wall mart. Just some examples from today, no knowledge about or help with steam deck or accessories, Oculus Quest 2, anything about rog laptops (tried to sell me a dell saying it's the same, specs no where near) but that's what I'm talking about. They don't know anything, nor do they have anything in stocks other than mostly 2nd Generation or tier items. Just blah.
Did online order for new Zelda game. Walked right in and got it from the pick up counter no wait!
