15It took to long to get help. Lady at door took were I want go. Very unfriendly. Then I had want help. I had go back to door ask from help then had wait in for help. The guy at door was more helpful than lady. The guy that help was very knowledge. I ready think that older lady should be some where she don't have deal with customers. I don't think I go here again.
We've purchased a lot of phones here over the years. The experience continues to get worse. The most recent time was my final time. The salesperson kept pushing me to buy a screen cover saying, "if it breaks, we'll replace it. " I said, "you'll replace the phone" she said, "no we'll replace the screen cover. " They'll replace a $60 piece of plastic if it fails and breaks along with your phone.what a joke. The service ranged from poor to mediocre as well. I think Best Buy's days may be numbered
Bought a TV and wasn't happy with it, no problem on returning it. Chose a different one and it's great!
Had to wait over 30 minutes just to talk to someone about sound bars. Ridiculous. Bring back the older policy where we are greeted at the door and help is readily available.

Took real good care of me, purchased some beats head phones, battery went bad, replaced them no problem.

They obviously don’t have enough appropriately trained people. Waited for 15 minutes to talk to someone and was told the guy at entrance was supposed to add us to the queue. Another 10 minutes later, finally a staff member came to the area and helped a customer who just got there. What kind of customer service is this? Eventually was told they didn’t have the product in stock even though their website said the opposite.
The Springfield location sucks. Not customer friendly very short staffed. Rude mangers. When helped employees not very knowledgeable about products.
Few people on the floor to help. You have to establish a que when you go in the door; like taking a number. Then you have to remain standing in the area of the item your interested in, and who knows how long it will take for some unknown person to approach! I'll never go into any Best Buy again!
They no longer do car stereo or speaker installation, so there's no point in buying here.
Went in to purchase an Apple Pencil, and Austin was super helpful and found an open box deal for me. Turns out I got the wrong generation, so went back in and swapping it out was super easy and the cashier was friendly!
Visited to buy new Apple AirPods. Looked at all the different brands but no Apple display. So determined I was going to find a pair that day decided to leave and go elsewhere. As walking out the door I asked a associate if they carried AirPods and he said yes but you have to go to checkout counter to get them. They were on sale $199.00 so I bought them. Price was good and sales team was no where to be found. I had to ask and then if I hadn’t asked I would have never known if they had them or not. A good display and sales help would have gotten them a 4 star or possibly a 5.

I wish I could rate this store highly because many of the staff do care and put effort into their sales process. But Best buy as a company is very disappointing. From shady marketing practices surrounding their Total tech membership, to online support never offering actual support. Best Buy is just another uncaring trash corp with no interest in offering real customer service.
