18Can find same products online for cheaper. Only go here for last minute stuff but it is usually a hassle and their orders in are inconsistent with scheduled times. Not the best customer service either.
Top notch. This was the best experience we have ever had. Install of TV was today. Timely and professional and very tidy.
The computers are all hidden in a maze of cardboard boxes that forces you to walk past like 15 sales reps to see anything. The store stock is terrible, empty shelves everywhere. They also closed their checkout lines and are funneling everyone through Customer Service instead.
This place has everything my 14-year-old son could dream for. He was in heaven and didn't want to leave.

I had an issue with their installation services and sought help from geek squad manager and general manager. Interacting with them, helped me understand why the customer service is lacking in this location.
Just now leaving this Best Buy. I bought a computer on sale through Lenovo and did the Best Buy pick up. It was defective so I brought it back. After about an hour trying to fix it they said they could replace it since they confirmed an issue with the keyboard backlight. They process the return and scan the computer and it’s no longer on sale- I bought my computer about a week ago. I say it’s fine I’ll just take my old one but they have already processed the return. No manager will overturn it- they won’t give me my computer back the only option is to pay $250 more for the same computer that is no longer on sale because the one I was sent is defective. I am currently bawling in a Best Buy parking lot. We will not be shopping here again.
I was buying a used Dell computer and when I was at checkout I asked the guy helping me if it was good. He looked at me dead in the eye and said no. I stared for a few moments and asked if was going to breakdown like my other computer did.he said it should be fine for what I was using it for. I was confused but then moved on. The guy also whispered the entire time so I could not hear a thing he said. But whatever I got what I needed.
Scott was very helpful with the purchase of my dishwasher. H answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable.
Guys go to Amazon or Walmart for your TVs. Trust me I should have and I wish I would have. Much cheaper and about the same quality. Just trying to help others make a better decision.

It was a while before we received assistance with an item, but the staff was friendly and quickly helped us when they became available.
This store is wonderful. My parents and I came in at closing time on Memorial Day to purchase a tv, and the two gents that helped us were incredibly kind and patient. If I were in customer service, I would be soooo annoyed at my dad (who is old and rude and out of his mind) but they truly stuck it out like champs. Even loaded the tv the most proper way instead of rushing us out. Thank you guys so much for your assistance!
This best buy is pretty reliable and standard. The pickup is easy. Staff is helpful. Less selection than some others but decent.
Poor customer service. While waiting ten minutes for assistance. I was looking at an item that was opened and had a sticker on the box that said “opened box”. An associate came up and said “you can’t open the box”. I said it was open, even says it was open. He continued to be rude. I left. Tried to call a manager and they said, the store is not taking calls. Now we know why they are going out of business.
