What an uplifting experience! Our church needed a specific, hard-to-find bulb for a specific lamp. The woman who answered the phone took time to identify what we needed, even having us send a picture, and located the bulb even though there was a new version. When I went to purchase it, Josh, a woman who has decades of lighting experience, was very welcoming and helpful. When you walk into the store, it's like being in a magical setting because of all the different lighting fixtures around. What started as an errand turned into a very pleasant adventure!
