Great company, small but mighty. Great customer service, great pricing. The employees are what make this company great!

Terrible communication and customer service. No thank you. You claim you have no invoice for me but you sent me another invoice for a job that you did not complete. Why would I pay you for a service that wasn't provided to me. I sent you video to prove to you that your tech did not do his job. And you continue to argue with us so why would I use you again?

Alexis was great and had the tech call me right back. They made it out the next day and did a great job.

Last year our pest control with Best wasn’t the best. Lots of spiders on our deck and dropping down from the deck above when we’d sit outside. I almost switched companies. But this year it has been great so far. Noticeably different. Arturo is the name of the tech on the business card that’s left on the door, and I think a different tech has made all the difference. Thanks, Arturo! We can tell you’re doing a thorough job when we’re not here.

We were extremely pleased with the thorough job and the amount of time they carefully did their job. They went over and beyond their scope we feel to insure a good job. We will always use them and no one else. Great job!

This crew is top-notch! They have been handling our pest control needs for 8 yrs now. Always fast, courteous service every time.

The guys who come out are nice. The gal who barely answers the phone is rude, dogmatic, and very defensive. Never answers the phone. Was charged twice for a month and instead of seeking to understand my frustration as her customer, became immediate combative. I do not recommend best pest control AT ALL.

We “believe” is happening. Once we thought it was cleared up - we have continuing problems getting anyone to come to our lake house preventative spraying or responsive services! We’ve had hornets for over a month and they have never responded to come get rid of them. Is this the type of customer service you want? We can’t go outside our home due to the hornets. We have called numerous times and left
