If you want to rent from someone kind and helpful, this place is your storage facility. Mary is the most helpful vendor I think I’ve ever worked with. 10/10

I haven't personally used this location as of yet but I know folks who do and if it was closer to better suit my needs I would be using them.

Very easy to find because it's basically across the road from the only FLYING J in Springfield, MO. Security is impressive & the ability to communicate with the people who run this business is a huge plus because that's not so for many other storage businesses in this area. It's a little narrow maneuvering between the buildings just maneuver slowly and safely. Not from stores, hotels, fuel! A great choice.

This has been the best storage locations I've kept my property easy for me to get my semi truck in to and out of to swap winter/summer gear from my truck. It was Very easy to get started renting a unit the manager Mary is awesome with communicating any issues and check to make sure everything is going well.

Very attentive to the customer’s needs and concerns. Worked with us to make sure we got the right size storage to accommodate our personal and business needs.

We appreciate Mary and the staff for keeping our things secure and clean while being supportive for over three years as my husband and I have been building our construction business. Keeps us informed on any changes, updates me thoroughly on phone/email and takes great care of the facility, the customers and my stored belongings. Understands things happen in life, especially since the pandemic, with open communication.

I’ve had my vehicle parked here for over a year now while away at work. Ms Mary and the crew have been the best in my personal experience!

As a first-time renter, I had no clue what to expect in terms of "applying" for a storage unit, but the process was so incredibly easy to do online and only took about 10 minutes. I spoke with Mary on the phone and she was very helpful and happy to answer all of my questions!

The managers are great and works with you to get what's needed. They try and help with anything they can.

I have rented a space for my pickup truck for almost three years. My wife and I travel back and forth from Springfield to Las Vegas to our other home. We live near Neosho and have no other means of transportation when flying other than storing one of our vehicles at the Best West. The most important service is Mary's husband with advance notice will provide a shuttle service between the airport and the storage facility going both ways.

Very clean and convenient place. Mary and Robert are so nice and the rates are very reasonable. Unlike other places they're actually there part of the day and they take the security of your belongings seriously. Great service.

Clean easy reliable and dependable not to mention affordable for amazing quality and service

Unbelievable customer driven service. The Management Team has created a new level of expectations for a “storage facility”. Until now I always thought of a storage unit as a tin box with a lock. I never anticipated that great customer service would be a part of the equation. The controlled gated entrance with an immediate text alerting you that someone has used your code is certainly comforting. A five star facility!

I’d give this place 5 stars if the pricing was lower or they offered specials. Everything else is on point, ease of use, security, and communication. The owner Mary is professional and personable. She helped me keep belongings secure, and me calm during a very difficult time.
