Best Western Plus Columbia Inn

To be fair, the room was clean, and the check in and out with Melanie, was good. What was awful was being jolted out of bed at 6: 00 am by what we thought was a jackhammer from the hotels construction in the next room! Insanely loud noise and vibration across the floor for about a minute. After reading other reviews, it turns out that they must have a water pipe problem. When someone in the above room/adjacent room turns on the shower, it shakes the pipes and literally sounds like a jackhammer. It shakes the walls and floor and is deafening. I ran down the staircase in my pajamas to see what was happening. I was told no construction was going on, but wasn't offered an explanation. It's absolutely crazy loud. We would not reccomend staying at this location until the pipes are fixed if sleep's important to you. We're diamond members but there's been no refund, or even a discount offered to try to make things right. Wouldn't reccomend or stay at this location again, even if it was free. Terrible stay.

The most sweetest girl checked us in. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good. Nice to see rooms closed off for updating. Definitely will be back!

Very clean and quiet. Breakfast had fresh cooked scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, waffles, bagles, yogurt, cereal, fruit, juice and coffee. Coffee in your room. Fridge in room works well. Near interstate. Would recommend!

This Best Western Plus has completely remodeled and updated which is very nice! The breakfast was good. Having an indoor pool, hot tub and outdoor patio with nice patio furniture was definitely a plus too!

Very nice place to stay; everything looks newly renovated and is sparkling clean. Breakfast is hot and tasty, and they have a nice espresso machine. Definitely exceeded my expectations, one of the best BestWestern I have ever encountered.

I was highly impressed with the whole experience! This is my last night and I enjoyed it so much that I'm staying an extra night! Very very clean! Immaculate in fact! The two young gentlemen working the front desk when I checked in were fantastic! They were polite, and accommodating, it was just an all-around different experience than the modern Era of hotel check-in where it's solemn and you feel like you've interrupted the person's day with unnecessary stress. The pool is clean and welcoming and they provide towels in the pool area. There is a nice gym and 4 exits to go to the parking lot so you are never very far from your car but definitely unpack your car at the entrance when you check in. Breakfast is great. I wish I would have found this sooner!

This motel met our expectations and then some. I thought the price was reasonable, the room was clean, beds were comfy, and breakfast was quite good, especially since it was included with the price. The lady at the desk was very nice and helpful. We'd use them again if we are out there.

This place was great the lady who help me was so good and friendly I couldn’t catch her name is close from the Main Street to keep going on your route, rooms are so good and breakfast was delicious also restrooms

Wow, the cleanest and newest hotel with the best, newest, and cleanest little pool and big hot tub for a small price on Labor Day weekend! We will extend our stay and be back for sure!

Wow, we were really surprised that we got the clean and newly renovated room and the breakfast for $67. They were very friendly and efficient. They serve hot breakfast like woffle, toast, egg, potato, sausage and more.
I will stay here again! Hold on, they got pool also. 3 star hotel for 2 star price!

Newly renovated hotel, very clean rooms and convenient location tucked back a bit from other businesses so felt safe parking my vehicle. Gym was brand new and sparkling clean. Service was very friendly. Felt safe staying here, and keeping the fan/AC on was easy to drown out highway noise.

Really nice size pool The breakfast was nice with your basic hotel breakfast foods however the breakfast area is so small that it was very crowded and hard to navigate. The way it was set up was just a bit tight. If we ever happen to be in Columbia again, this would be the place for us to stay! Great prices and a great place!

Me and my husband had a great time last week in this hotel. I will recommend to all my friends! Room was so clean, we were very please. And awsum breakfast!

Good clean rooms. Friendly staff and great breakfast. First night we stayed we felt the price was reasonable but had to stay an additional night and the price was much higher. Not exactly happy about that

Very clean and recently remodeled hotel. The rooms and hotel was very modern and clean. The hotel staff was friendly. No chance to swim in the pool but it does look nice. The breakfast was also nice with the normal hotel breakfast foods however the hot chocolate tasted funky. The only negative in our stay was the way the breakfast was set up. It made it very crowded and squished especially when using the waffle maker but that's no big deal. If we ever happen to be in Columbia again, this would be the place for us to stay!

The bathroom sink was plugged with food, we couldnt even brush out teeth & the little tiny unwrapped cups in there also looked used & the tub had not been cleaned. One light by the TV didnt work as well as the remote control. Mainteance came about midnight and said their snake wasn't working so he could only plunge the sink & left a foul watery mess in the bathroom and didn't wipe it up. Plus had to wait until the nasty sink full of draining sludge was empty so we could try & wash out faces. Asked for a new room & was told no & the manager would only give my mom a 15$ refund! Don't go there it's not worth it!

Very friendly staff, they were the best! Breakfast was average, but its free. Rooms are very nice and clean. It is very close to everything. Our room was on the highway side, noise is a bit loud. I would stay there again, but on the other side of the hotel.
