Best Western Plus Sikeston reviews
17This a nice quiet hotel. The room was clean and I had a restful night. It is far enough away from the interstate you could hear no road noise. Even better to room was already cool when I arrived.
Clean overall. Corners behind chairs not dusted in sometime. Needs updated. Price was a little high but for last min.stop you have very little choice. Friendly team.
Getting shabby and rough around the edges not Best western's best effort. I expect it to be a super 8 in a few years at least it'll be less expensive
I called the hotel. A gentleman answered the phone. I asked if they had and King size rooms available for the night. He stated that they didn't, so I asked if they had any queens available. He said he would have to check and I was placed on hold. He came back on the line but put me back on hold and the phone was disconnected. I tried calling back. He picked up the phone and hung up on me again. I guess he had enough business for the night. But it wasn't very professional to hang up on someone.
Have stayed here before. Always nice stay. Rooms are clean except this time our room had an odor. (I could smell it but my husband never did).
Great location. Close to Lamberts and interstate, although nothing else much to do in area.
Reserved two nights, only checked us in for one. Got locked out the next day, and this resulted in no room service. Wait, it gets worse. Fire alarm went off around 9: 00PM that night, 5: 30AM the next morning and lastly at 6: 15AM.
Each time the alarm was less than 10 seconds and each time dismissed by staff as nothing serious.
Police/fire never showed up; at least no sirens.
After riding my bike 70 miles that day of the alarm fiasco starting, I was very tired. Had a 6 plus hour ride home and so tired.
Won't stay at a BW again. After I wanted more answers, they offered a discount.too late.
Breakfast minimal, passed on it.
Room was clean and decently priced for the accommodations. The desk manager was extremely courteous while dealing with the system being down. Pool is decent sized and the workout facility was surprisingly nice for a hotel. Only complaint was the lack of breakfast options.
Easy check in and the rooms are nice and clean. Right off exit 67 on I55 north, close to Lamberts and multiple restaurants nearby if you are hungry. Quite and easy to find, lots of parking and security cameras inside and outside for your security.
Staff was friendly, good value for a room that doesn't have a door leading directly outside. Room seemed clean enough upon entry, heavy deodorizing scent, but there must have been lingering dust or mold because my allergies went bonkers, itchy eyes. Would stay again though because it's secure and there's certainly no better options around. Seems to be a popular stopping place as the parking lot was full on a Monday night.
I went for a family trip and supposed to stay 3 nights stayed one. Ants in bed dirty bath tub. Manager sighed when we approached him about problem. Never will go back. Lied about the "HOT" breakfast. Will be calling corporate when I get home. Will not recommend. Went to Holiday Inn and they was great. Alarm kept going off in middle of night
Hotel room had ants, manager was extremely rude and threatening. Told us to never come back because their rooms had ants and we tried to inform them
This is a great place to stay. Conveniently located to restaurants and the staff is very helpful. Would recommend to anyone in the area.
The management was very helpful when I thought I had lost some money during the check-in. This place had the best grab&go breakfast (during Covid-19) including a microwavable sausage & egg biscuit, granola bar, pastry and fruit. The indoor pool was small but nice.
However, we had 5 rooms. In one room there was a used coffee bag still in the machine in the room and the door knob came off when we tried to open the closet. In another room the carpet by the window was soggy wet from the air conditioning, causing the room to have a musty smell and housekeeping placed the wet sock on the bed when they cleaned for the second night stay, causing the blanket to be wet. 2 rooms had beds with holes in the sheets.
This place was clean and comfortable It smelled pleasant without being overpowering. Staff was very accommodating. Nice breakfast to go with sandwich, pastry, apple and granola bar. Coffee was great too. Parking lot was clean and lawn recently mowed. I’d stay here anytime.
Nice clean motel and room. Everything worked in the room. Generous "sack breakfast" (due to Covid). Allow pets and good outdoor area behind motel. Will definitely stay here again
The hotel was booked. We got our room and it wasn't clean. However they did fix it quickly with another cleaned room. The overnight stay was okay and the room was clean but the breakfast was pretty skimpy. It did the job for an overnight but nothing exceptional to find here.
Not as good as other Best Western Plus hotels I've stayed in, but gotta be better than the flea-bit looking Motel 6 that was next door.
Btw, Best Western Plus hotels are great. Regular Best Westerns are NOT.
