I have to cancel twice because things that were out of my hand and behind my control but I made sure I canceled them plenty enough time fot her to take more clients.i really wanted to get the pictures done and the date I set didn't happen twice so I asked if her had another spot either Feb or March, Valentine's day on Father's Day and please let me know if she has a spot and I said sorry many times, again beyond my control, and she told me that she will never do my pictures. That rude, that unprofessional and very disrespectful. No way to do business especially when life comes up and you have to make changes

Sad and disappointed. I spent a ton of money for her to take pictures at our wedding and even spent additional to have a second photographer. Was not worth the money. The pictures are dark and she didn’t listen to what I wanted. Our wedding was 7 years ago and I’m still bitter about it. I know she can do great work, she’s done my sisters wedding but for some reason she didn’t care about mine.the pictures weren’t creative at all. And finally, I only received ONE picture of our first kiss and it’s at a horrible angle and I’m black and white. When I asked her why she said it was poor quality and that the pixels were off so she had to make it black and white. I’m just still very sad!

Yes it’s been several years and no I didn’t leave your shop happy. I contacted you after I received the photos, specificity our first kiss which was ONLY in black and white and couldn’t see anything, and you told me that was the only picture.even though I had TWO photographers. You told me there wasn’t anything you could do! I’m so sad it was such an amazing day and none of that was captured.

Beth takes great photos have had her take senior pictures and family photos in the past. Had family photo session set up with her today and a text to confirm was sent but I didn't receive it. I gave that information and was basically told it was my fault for not replying to a text that I didn't receive, how hard is it to call? So impersonal to just send a text, it takes 30 seconds to call someone! And now we missed out on family photos with our 2 year old. -In response to the owners response I had my phone till 3: 30 which was one hour from the photo shoot, and I told him that yet he puts mis information in his response on here. And that is also NOT why I didn't receive the text, I didn't receive a text as in my phone didn't get a text. I sent him a screenshot of my text messages and still lies on here in his response. All it would have taken was a solution other than it was my fault and there was nothing that could be done about it. No solutions just finger pointing!
