My visits to Better Hearing Solutions are always very enjoyable. My waiting time has never been an issue as I have been seen within a few minutes of arrival. The staff are very friendly and courteous. Any problems I have are always dealt with in a professional manner. The staff are very knowledgeable and are genuinely concerned with my hearing.
Won't go anywhere else very professional and friendly. Wore out 1 set of aids working on my 2nd set.

When you walk in the door, you are greeted immediately by the friendly receptionist, Heather. Janette is very knowledgeable and helpful. Been going there for years with positive vibes every time! Would recommend that you give them a try!
My visit went very well. Both the receptionist and the tech were friendly and helpful; however, once the appt started I had to ask the technicians name? She did not say hello, how are you, not even "hi", I'm so and so? I like to know the persons name that I'm meeting with. I had to ask her if she was the doctor and she still didn't tell me her name, I had to ask her.
But the rest of the appt went very well.
