Just reset the bead, but was very prompt and professional enough so, I'll recommend them.

I always call in to schedule my appointments for the maintenance on my truck, the usual oil, tire rotation, and alignment check. I off-road frequently and they keep my truck running straight down the road. Very friendly service and veteran friendly too. I’ve also purchased tires from them. I’ve not had any bad experience, but I have had a few greasy hand prints on the hood before. Wasn’t a big deal to me, but for others it might be. Through and through, I’ve been satisfied with all my services.

I had to go in for an alignment but also needed new tires and they were very helpful and found me good product at reasonable price and they got it done reasonably fast

Called as soon as they opened. Told that inspections started at 9am. I drove 45 min arrived at 858am and was told he filled up with walk ins for brakes, tires etc.

Had a nail in our tire while traveling on vacation. They got us in quickly and the crew repaired a very difficult tire on a 24" rim. When done they came in to the waiting area and told us we were ready to go, at NO CHARGE! If you get a chance to support this business do it! Thank you again Big-O crew!

They were fast, curtious, and did exactly what my mother asked of them regarding which tires that could handle the rocky roads where she lives. No attempts at upselling or being dismissive of what she wanted. I'll be ordering my next set of tires here despite the 30-minute drive and other tire shops closer to me.

My son and I were visiting and ended up with a flat tire. The team at Big O was wonderful - they got us in and out quickly and for a fair price as well. Wonderful follow up to ensure all was going well. While no one wants to get a flat tire, if you do, highly recommend Wade and team at Big O Tires in Branson!

Traveling and needed a tire patched. Was told it would be a hour wait. Over a hour and a half nothing so I asked. Employee was rude and said you want your keys back. No need to be rude

Branson Big O has been so good to us. They have always found a way to help me when I need a tire or a flat fixed. Even when they are swamped they figure out a way to make it happen. Thank you to the office ladyd and shop guys!

We were traveling back home to Texas but our van wouldn’t start. We got it to Big O’s and they checked it out. We needed an alternator and a battery. Within 45 minutes they had us on the road again. Thank you for the great service

Very accommodating and professional service. Appreciated that they price matched with a competitor and even said the verbage "we want to do whatever it takes to get your business. " This phrase seems to have gotten lost in recent years and refreshing to know some people still have this business mindset.

Absolutely amazing customer service! Chelsea was wonderful in explaining everything as well as the store manager who went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of before we left town. I highly recommend them for all your tire needs. Thanks again.

Big O Tires came to the rescue during a recent trip to Branson Missouri. We were about to return home when we found one of our tires was leaking. I stop by later that day and they were able to get a tire out of Springfield to replace the one that had two nail holes next to each other. The front desk did a good job finding out what I wanted and helping me get the tires that I needed. I would recommend them.

Great place to take your vehicle when you need work done. Always A+ service above and beyond. They fix issues that aren't advertised and I haven't come across a problem they couldn't fix! Wonderful staff and service. Thank you!
