Big O Tires, St Robert MO

Had a tire go out on a work truck on a friday night as I was passing near the area. Was able to get a new tire put on Saturday morning with no issues. Service was absolutely fabulous, with Robert being particularly helpful. The silver lining was I dropped my house keys in the parking lot and unfortunately was too far away before I realized it as I work in a neighboring state. Called them up and they were more than happy to mail them back to me. It’s rare to find that kind of genuine friendly service

Big O Tires Is Great! They always helped me with my oil changes and inspections. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely say Big O Tires is the best car repair place for The Fort Leonard Wood and Saint Robert area. Have a great day!

The big Os team is great took care of my diesel, and as I was about to leave my serpentine snapped, it was closing time they took there time and still helped out even after hours fantastic team

These guys are amazing. They don't b.s. You about what you need and they don't try to charge you for things you don't need. The customer service keeps us coming back.

Got a 2016 4Runner liften and my Silverado serviced here Bryan at the front took the time to provide the best service possible. Definitely will be coming back in the future

No available chairs! Should be able to place an appointment for a chair! Be prepared to stand or sit on floor/ Window ledge and noooo window to see them work! Sketch and all this room and no chairs my goodness go to WALMART get some patio chairs $14.97. I think there were eight or 10 chairs in total. And lots of room to put them too feels an extra insult. FYI there is a Discount Tire now in Rolla if I had known I would’ve went there in the first place, I thought Osage Beach was the closest, just opened two months ago.

Dropped off my car for brake replacement. My car was starting to shake when I was braking. When I dropped it off the first time they said only my rear brakes needed to be changed. For the diagnostics it only said my rear brakes needed to be changed no other issues annotated. They fixed it only the rear brakes. It was $399. My car was fine for 2-3 days…. Noticed shaking continued. I dropped it off again and all of a sudden my front brakes were warped and all these other issues. Another $399. Not even 2-3 days without another issue in my car arising that they missed the first time. Take your car elsewhere because they will scam you of your money. Especially if you aren’t car smart. Get a second opinion. They will miss things the first time making you come back a second time.

They are always nice and professional. They also send follow up texts to make sure you are satisfied with their work

Everything excellent except spoiled by 1 employee. While explaining my problem he stopped me and said I am talking right now. He was talking to another employee. Very rude on how he said it. I apologized and he then came back to me and listened. I did not realize I wasn't supposed to be telling him my problem when I was.

My daughter went here for new tires and an oil change. Trying to schedule an appointment was so easy and the employees were all fantastic! They kept us up to date on the status of her car and when it would be ready. I would happily go here again with zero reservations about service and quality of work.

Needed to replace a travel teailer tire while traveling. Stopped in here and had a great experience. Good customer service and were a great help in getting us back on the road.

This place does a good job in serving your vehicle sometimes, however, they are and can be a bit pricey for a job and the big o tire credit service is not good because if u don't keep using it they will cancel. In other word, they want u to constantly use card even if u don't need too. Because of this i rarely use service for vehicles.

I called Monday and the service writer got me in that afternoon for 4 tires and an alignment. Brought the vehicle in and the alignment was green all around so the service writer took that out of the price. Quick work, friendly, and professional. I saw a service writer updating a customer with everything going on and another stop what he was working on to assist an older gentlemen with rims for his truck. Great job team Saint Robert.

These guys are great. They were super patient with us when we had no idea what we were doing and they did a great job

Guys that was helping us behind the counter was friendly and could hold a conversation. They was quick and got us in and out.
