Wyatt was super professional.i had a flat tire and needed an alignment, they fixed it no issue withen an hour.the next day the car was driving funny again, called back and they fixed it again same day for no charge.this company definitely cares about their customers, SUPER professional and friendly business.strongly recommend speaking to Wyatt.

I have lived in multiple states and always have been dedicated to Big O’s across the country and I can say between the sales team, management and service techs…Lebanon is doing it right and would highly recommend getting your vehicle maintenance done here. 10/10.

Brought my car in for an inspection. They said my car failed because a ball joint needed to be replaced and quoted me $500 dollars to fix it. I took it to another shop to get a second opinion and they said nothing was wrong with my ball joints it didn't even need to be replaced. I would recommend going somewhere else for an inspection.

I want to give Big O Tires a huge shout out for their customer service. We bought tires from their Lebanon store. WE (not Big O Tire) made a big mistake, but when I called Big O Tires to see what I should do, they went above and beyond and out of their way to provide us with the best customer service to help us! Joey contacted the store in Jefferson City (since that was the closest one to our house) and helped us get what we needed. Everyone was amazing! But especially Joey (from the Lebanon store) and Zach (from the Jefferson City store). THANK YOU FOR HELPING US OUT! We are now life long customers!

They got my vehicle checked out quickly & were willing to give me a little time to decide if I wanted the work done. I did have it done & they did a good job.

Had a bad experience here once a few years ago, but now I would come here for anything! Workers are unbelievably nice, I had Brandon as my advisor and the mechanic (didn't catch his name) was super nice too! Got an alignment a month ago and they walked me through everything. Came back today because a nut was stripped and my dust boot was ripped. They took care of me in less than 20 mins! I appreciate how kind they were since I just hit an armadillo and messed up my expensive front lip. Definitely cheered up my unfortunate weekend!

Do not go here for pickup tires to be mounted and balanced. I was expecting $25 each but they charged $50 each. No new valve stem, not even valve caps. And they left my center caps all loose.

Eventually getting it done. Taking absolutely forever and no one is here. A lot of workers just standing around. Taking forever.

I go to big o tires I trust them to service my 2 vehicles and buy my tires there you can get flats fixed free at any big o tires when you have a flat

Been dealing with them for almost 2 weeks now and it's been a frustrating disappointment I hit the curb and broke my driver's tire and called them they told me to have it towed to them and would fix me up so paid 54 to tow it to them then they told me the control arm and struts and brakes were bad so and wanted 2500 to fix them I called starnes who I am buying it from and they said they could fix it for 1000 so towed it to them they gave me a temporary rim to drive it back to big os and they ordered a rim said the end of the next week then called on Tuesday said was going to be in so I brought it back to them waited an hour just to be told was the wrong one but was their fault they ordered a 17 instead of an 18 to come back between 8-10 the next day so I did then after sitting there for 3 hours got told not today that wasn't in to try again the next day now it is the next day and they are saying probably not today or tomorrow maybe next week so I've made 3 trips and set there several hours just to be jerked around and now have wasted a tank of gas driving from stoutland and back 3 times because they keep saying the next day and all they keep doing is shifting the blame to me coming in when they told me to and aren't really taking any accountability for my wasted time or gas so I told them their credibility was basically nothing in our eyes now and have probably lost us as customers **update they ordered the wrong one again so 2x now they messed up on the order**

I love my Big O! I utilized them two days last week. First day to refresh all the front end chassis and steering and shocks. And the second day for a full set of tires. They were prompt (as they always are), and way more affordable than one would think. Every time I have them service or repair a vehicle, I have it back in less than 24 hours, and that’s for multiple and extensive repair jobs. Most of the time it’s within hours of drop off. Wyatt, Joey, and both Brandons are great guys and have great customer service skills. I truly feel valued and appreciated when I walk into, and out of their lobby. Thank you Lebanon Big O for keeping my family rolling safely, and for being a friendly staff.
