Edit: I have contacted this business every way I can think of a few times now about an issue with trying to process a refund for a extended warranty and they never get back to me.

They had the lowest price, including fees, out of any dealership within several hours of me so I drove out-of-state 4 hours to them and rode 4+ hours back. There were no surprises and they were even able to roll taxes and registration into the loan which I had never had the option of before. A+

Ian was great! Everything was quick and easy. I had to wait to take my Ninja 400 home so a lowering link could be installed, he was easy to get a hold of while I waited and was quick to let me know when I could come get it.

I am a beginning motorcycle rider and all the accessories I have owned have been either too large or giving to me. I have tried to go on my own finding clothes however had no luck. I made the decision to walk into the clothing department At Big Saint Charles Motorsports and it is my pleasure to have Kelly Reynolds to help fit me in the correct attire. As much as I like the looks of things being tight, Kelly Reynolds steered me into the right direction as to nothing is to be worn for looks however comfort. I appreciate the help she is willing to offer and when the time comes I hope she saves me a medium Super Tremendous Deal hoodie.
