The manager working here 8/9/23 at 8: 45 pm didn’t care about his customer.when the dish I ordered and was rung in on my ticket was not what I was served after a long wait, he never offered an apology. He just ignored me. I won’t be back.

We went there as a family the other night. We ordered our food along with our drinks after sitting there for 20 minutes. 40 minutes later she comes back without drinks and tells us she couldn't figure out our order. We ask her to get the managers help. 30 minutes later still no drinks and the manager comes to the table and speaks down to my wife for ordering two side salads. So we walked out hungry and very thirsty. Don't go here ever.
Metro Retro right do the street and it was amazing. And awesome service.

We came in for dinner to give big whiskeys a try. We were pleasantly surprised with great service. Avery was the name of our server, she was an amazing server and with service like this makes us want to come back! Thanks for great service!

Avery was my server and she just did such a great job and was very attentive and on top of my drinks the whole service and it was just really a great experience!

Awful experience. Me and two friends came for a birthday last night and had an amazing server (Kayla who definitely received 5 stars in my book) who provided immaculate service the whole night. Around halfway through our evening a storm hit and power was lost to the building to which we were told the meals were on the house and sent home by the manager on duty. We tipped our server nicely and left quickly to get home safe.

The next morning at 9: 00 AM the manager contacted me through a friend and told us we needed to come back in and pay our bill. I would have been ok with this had it not been communicated the bill was on the house the night prior. This was extremely unprofessional as when I confronted her she said not only was it already voided but she was needing to re-ring everything a second time to charge us. She also communicated she only did it because she knew how to get into contact with my friend and was not doing it for any other customers from that night.

When I questioned the reasoning she instantly rolled her eyes and started an attitude with me, refusing to acknowledge my existence any other way. Never have I heard of a restaurant acting this way and I will not be returning to this location anytime in the future.

This is actually probably my least favorite big whiskeys. There are better ones in nixa and Ozark.

Beth took great care of us at our table and our experience was one of the best I've had in a long time.

Decent food but damn what a rip off. Used to be five stars. My family and I used to eat here all the time. Ran by to get a small order of wings to go. They literally charged me five extra dollars for one menu item to go at 3 o’clock in the afternoon when they are dead slow.

If you want to treat your good customers like that, you can find other ones.

Avery was my server and she made sure we were taken care of and was very kind, something got messed up for us and she fixed it right away

Avery was our server. She was very professional, kind, courteous and knowledgeable when asked about her opinions on the food just all around helpful. With service like this we will be returning soon

They have two AMAZING hosts, Tatum and Sienna were so friendly and welcoming! Will definitely be coming back!

Our waitress Erin was amazing. She was always close by and went above and beyond. We will definitely eat there again! If you get the pretzel appetizer, ask for caramel!

Ordered plain mashed pototoes and I still don't understand how what they served me qualified as plain. I ordered a medium rare steak and it was overcooked. Apparently I shouldn't go here after 9pm, because food service customers felt like second banana to the drinking crowd.
