Big Whiskey's American Restaurant & Bar Springfield

I was able to get a side of cheesy fries without having to order the entire appetizer size. My Grandma got the bourbon burger & I got a wedge salad. The wedge salad is half a head of iceberg lettuce. Their ranch dressing is really good.

I'm actually not one to review establishments but I gotta say, Big Whiskey has it going on! My husband and I was looking for a place that would allow our dog too and this is the place! Great service! They were very attentive to our pup! Had no quirks when we asked for a dish for our dog! Our server was just awesome!
Thank you soooo much for having a place to relax and grab a bite to eat before our long drive home, if I could they deserve for stars than they let us give! I recommend this place to anyone who's pet is family and goes everywhere with you!

I really like this place. Last time I had the bottomless mimosas and they were just stunning lol a great drink for a nice day. The food was really good and the service was really nice. I'm definitely going back

My experience at Big Whiskeys was stellar. I was served ice cold beer. My ribs and loaded ribs were absolutely delicious and amazing. Great American restaurant, I recommend this place to anyone passing through!

I absolutely love the Southwest egg rolls, queso dip and chicken Alfredo! These items are spot on!

Amazing happy hour. Food is okay. Wait staff is slow. Didn't feel super clean. We'll go back for happy hour.

Lots of gluten free options, i recommend ordering the Tilapia with potato’s and vegetables! Great time & a great time with friends. Service could’ve been nicer but overall was a good time

We had a family dinner after a funeral yesterday. We had a very large group and yet Faith served us with amazing efficiency! She was a superstar!

Scottie was wonderful! Kept the drinks flowing all night with a great smile! We loved him!

Food was great. Atmosphere was nice just so happens we got the short end of the stick with service. Will return but never sitting in that waitresses section again if so we will move!

Steak was amazing. Cooked exactly how I requested. It was a little loud, and we had to wait a while on the food. But if you're not in a hurry it's a great place to eat.

Used to be pretty good, but they seem to lack good management. I went in around lunch time and got tired of waiting for literally anyone to acknowledge me. The staff seemed as though they couldn't care less that I was there. The downtown location is probably still good, but don't expect a great experience at the one on Battlefield.

The menu prices did not match what we were charged. For each entree the price we were charged was $1.50 higher than the menu.

The food was great. Our server Kailyn was very courteous. I had the pretzel burger and I would recommend it. I was able to get the fries non seasoned, and they were very good.

Ordered a salad they made it incorrect waited forever for another one then when they brought me the correct one it was so much s.aller than the first time like I did something wrong. We waited so long for another beverage I ordered about 5 girls just standing around def don't come here its aweful

I had the Strawberry Hill salad and it was so good and the presentation was spot on. The service was great. The prices are competitive with other area establishments, but food has a much better flavor.

Charged the card twice, had to call, they said it's been happening. I wonder how many people didn't notice or get the refund
