This is a great bike shop had my Diamondback worked on there and purchased a new bike. They are great to work with and a good selection of bikes I have a new Cannondale love the bike it was setup perfect.

They rehabbed for all bikes I’ve had had not written in years and intend to start again with my wife. Very friendly very competent. Prices are very good very friendly love the shop would recommend to anyone.

Took my bike in for the free lifetime tuneup 2 years ago and they did a great job. I didn’t take it in last year, but I did this year. I was informed that management no longer offers or honors the free lifetime tuneup, but they would do it this year. Well, after a week, my bike was done but I couldn’t get it for another few days. Well, today was that day! I looked at my bike and it is my belief they did absolutely nothing to it. It looked so bad that I went back into the shop to ask what is included in the free tuneup, because it obviously isn’t what’s listed in the priced tuneup of 89.95 (and not what was done in prior years). They didn’t even have time to wipe it down while “tuning” and that is included in the tuneup. To top it off, I took a friend in to buy a bike and when we picked it up, it didn’t have the kickstand and the tires were not inflated, so they definitely didn’t test ride before delivering. Maybe it’s management, maybr it’s policy maybe it’s the employees…either way…horrible service.

Long-term local bike shop offers individualistic customer service and specialized information. Repair service is available. Likely to help you find what you are looking for if it's not available in store. Selection can be somewhat limited. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Came in with a flat tire. He was able to fix it and I was on my way in 20 min

Extremely friendly and efficient. They repaired my bike the same day and the cost was very reasonable. It was a much better experience than I have had at other bike shops in town.
