Birch Tree Apartments reviews
6I have attempted to contact these apartments inquiring information. I have called and left messages, I have emailed as well and nothing back. The only response I got was an automated email asking me to apply for the apartments. Definitely lack of communication skills and maybe lack of employees as well. If needing an office assistant I’ll gladly help y’all out BIRCH TREE APARTMENTS
A friend of mine told me about these apartments I read review now I'm not about to live in Birch tree apartments.thanks for giving me a heads up about the management.
While these appartements where under Hartle Management they were a fairly decent place to live. However they are now under HRMS. I had mold in my bathroom, I reported it, at the time I reported it there was only a small spot. By the time they got around to it (2 months later) however it covered 90% of the upper bathroom walls and looked like something from a horror film. My neighbor infested the whole building with roaches around March and as of writing this 9/29/23 they still have not exterminated them. They cost me over $120 in April by coming in the day after I left for vacation and turning my AC on to run at 61° and so far have refused to reimburse me. Lastly last night my AC broke and when I spoke to them today they were very rude (even going so far as to call me needy for wanting it to be fixed) and as of yet have no plans to fix it. Telling me to open my windows. Considering there is rancid trash sitting outside from the neighbor they evicted (the roach ones) that they can't be bothered to clean up, opening the windows is not an option as the horrid smell blows in, not to mention the screen is full of holes I reported also in march that has not been fixed. Oh and they expect you to have the rent paid on the first or they will charge you late fees. In closing do yourself a favor and look for a different place to live.
I have lived in these apartments for over ten years now. They are nice inside. All appliances including a washer and dryer included.
Truly unfortunate that they don't have short term leasing for travel nurses. However the property manager was absolutely amazing and the property is well kept and in a great area.
