I get my cpap supplies from here and the service is bad. Speaking to the people ordering my supplies are nice now getting my supplies is horrible I've been trying for so long to get my supplies I'm told shipped told no tracking number I've had to call everyday for past 10 days them I'm told it says shipped no tracking number then to call again which my insurance pays 100 percent I'm told again it will be here today I was expecting 6 items I got one item I call they see I only received one item told that they put in for everything to be shipped don't know why it wasn't and no tracking number this is unexceptable and the people at the warehouse who ships it don't return emails from the person placing the order or calls and when the people do talk to the warehouse where its being shipped from says they will ship it priority and don't ship anything at all. Its crazy I've been putting up with this everyday for 10 days I don't blame the people who order for you it's the place who ships it they don't send tracking number or ship when they say they will if this isn't taken care of today I will use another place my husband uses who has never dealt with any problems.

I have been working with BJC for almost 15 years and since they switched up how you order supplies they have completely gone down hill. Ordering supplies used to be so very simple and now you call and only get a care team member who sends over a ticket to a rep to call you back and do your reorder only problem is they DON'T CALL BACK. You can't get in touch with anyone. And the one who is in charge of feeding supplies is a Michael Stone who is very rude and don't call you back nor does he call before hand to check on ordering supplies. To know they left this guy in charge of a department is beside me. I have physically tried to get management to call me back for the last couple months but nothing. This company has went to hell and it's so sad that customers like myself who have been with them for this long is being treated this way. I never in a million years thought we would be treated this way. We have always had the best care until recently with all the changes.

I've left 2 messages because I need to return a piece of medical equipment back in July. Still no call back. It's pretty bad when you can't even give back what's theirs.

Takes forever to answer the phone, often transferred to a call center, and rarely get a return call. I’ve had an order in for a feeding tube for over six months, and it’s on “back order”, or they need to check with the supervisor who is “on vacation”. Latest order was not delivered when promised. They used to be very good.

I dread calling because the phone customer service is usually terrible, rude, and unprofessional.

In case it helps anyone, you can pickup more oxygen/equipment during their open hours with a 2 hour notice.

Reason for the one star: When informing them that we will run out of portable oxygen before our resupply date and asked how we can get more, I was told you cannot and sorry if that means you cannot leave the house for multiple days. I asked to speak to a supervisor twice and was told no and that I was entitled, not listening, and was asking for too much. Eventually I did talk to someone else who was great and quickly shared that I can pickup more oxygen during their open hours. If I was told that solution up front, I would have saved 30 minutes of being berated by a customer service rep who cared less about customer service.

Also, when calling, it is always a long wait and usually goes to a dispatcher who takes my message like an answering machine and says they will call me back, to which I rarely receive a call back.

Whatever office it is that receives the messages actually does nothing. No one picks up their equipment but they are willing to charge you for not having it available to them when they decide to come and get it. This place is run by children obviously because no one adheres to their PRINTED policy on loaned equipment. I am returning this equipment 3 months after I've been asking them to come and get it. Pathetic setup.

Been using BJC for years but in the last year or so it's went in the toilet! My 7 year old is tube fed only his food, bag's and suction supplies were supposed to be delivered last week they weren't and been calling everyday just to get answering machine and the run around! They don't care how there incompetence affects human life! Hired a attorney today your not going to bill me and not deliver my child's supplies!

Terrible service! Still waiting on cpap supplies.ordered in June of last year! Whoever Andy is (supposedly the manager) They somehow ordered supplies under another name and charged a different insurance company we never received it! It is so messed up and they will not call us back. I am sure we have talked to at least 20 different people. They messed up.

My grandfather required home health after a hospital stay due to coming home with a foley catheter. He normally got PT at the assisted living home where he lives but all services had to be taken over by BJC when home health started. It took them over 2 weeks before they even evaluated him for PT. Then the home health nurse was worthless. They used the extra foley bag I had gotten from the hospital but never ordered a replacement. So one day his foley bag was leaking so she used a piece of tape to repair it and told him she would have to order a new one and it would be 2 days. I was there an hour after that and the tape had already failed and bag was leaking again. His apartment smells like urine due his bag leaking and her not replacing it. She had a bag just not one like his. I made her come back and change the bag the same night. Would never have them come back, do not trust the care they gave him at all.

I been try to get a hold of these people for weeks! No one answers the phone! If they do they miss direct your call! I am so feed up with them.

We keep getting bills for equipment we don't even have and can't get anyone from billing to call us back. Have been trying to resolve for 4 months now.
