8The worst medical practice I’ve ever seen. They have no care or concern for their patients. Communication is non- existent between staff or patients. I am looking for a new doctor.
Be careful with Dr. Epps. BJC scheduled 9 appointments for me without my knowledge. I complained online and 6 policemen showed up at my door. Don't complain about dr. Epps.
Horrible. Absolutely a disgrace to medical in general. Didn’t address any concerns on my new patient paperwork. Didn’t address me literally crying in the exam room. Didn’t even properly note my medical chart…. Amongst other things. Absolutely the WORST excuse for a doctor and “primary care” facility. Do yourself a favor…save your money and find someone else who actually cares and actually KNOWS what they’re doing.
I went in at 4 in the morning with a rash and a high fever and swollen lymph nodes. When they took my blood tests they randomly left the needle in my arm without attaching it to anything. Then they left me in the waiting room for hours. Finally they said I had a virus. They never specified what I had. Just a viral infection. Then they said to deal with it at home.
I had the best lab technician. Very nice gentleman. I am always getting blood work done and am usually left with bruises and blown veins. Today the gentleman immediately found a vein and quickly got the blood work needed. No bruising or blown veins and one stick of a needle. I am definitely going to request him more often. People like him are the reason why I am becoming a nurse. Great work and thank you!
We walked in downstairs I'm bringing elderly patient for appointment and ask for information on Neurologist. Lady says I don't know a few times and says there's a lot of people you need a name. Not helpful.
Please educate staff to know who's in the building upstairs and downstairs please. Not acceptable service
I had an amazingly supportive and comforting experience when I was taking to the ER and later admitted to Children’s. I had a mental issue. Stephanie Barry was one of the nurse who helped me. She was extremely kind and made me feel like I had a purpose. She is such an amazing person.
Office staff is rude and totally incompetent. I can’t even tell you the amount of time I spent just trying to get a prescription renewed. After trying for 2 weeks to get it renewed (many errors on their part), I finally asked to speak to a supervisor. She (Tanesha?) was very condescending and rude and even laughed at a concern I had. I have worked in customer service for many years and have NEVER laughed at a customers complaint or issue. She definitely needs a new job. I’m now in the process of finding a new doctor.
