Blind Boone Park reviews
7Nice quiet park although I think someone was living in the gazebo there's bathrooms there to but no water
I'm so glad I found this small park! It's so beautiful and so peaceful! There are lots of shade trees, picnic tables, statues, things to look at, and it has an awesome trail that is flat to walk around. The ultimate place to have lunch, meditate and get in some exercise. They even play music there sometimes!
Great green space for Warrensburg and Johnson County. The wind harp is very unique and plays when winds top 10-15 mph. I believe it is the third largest in the world.
The park Is nice, but they have the bathrooms locked up so no one can use them!? Why have them if they are not available to use?
Great place to hang out. It's meant more for adults than kids and the fun thing is seeing deer, foxes and other critters run by and/or feed.
The history is so interesting and it's a lovely place to walk. The path is 1/4 mile. The sculpture of Blind Boone is amazing.
The gazebo smells terrible of urine because of the type of bushes that were planted. Definitely think the city should consider tearing them out and replanting pretty and nice smelling plants
