Weak team in negotiation. All they care is about the commission. No expert experience and wise in dealing contract especially in sales from what we have experienced. We get nibbled the whole process of sales by buyer’s side with a lot of useless demands and fake documents to close the buyer’s deal. Always in a deep hole of getting ripped and pulling stunts by the buyer.
