I got the worst truck wash there today.they were just running the truck s through as fast as they could.i watched the guy walk by my wheel with brush and barely touch it an just kept on going.i told the super but he didn't care eather.you all need to get your act together
Did a really good job. Even went above and beyond getting all the bugs off the front. Nice stop, great wash.
They are fast, probably because they're spraying trucks down with brightener and rinsing them on their way. Overall they did an acceptable job on my rig. However, they seemed unhappy that I requested no brightener and asked to be brushed.
5 min i was done paid $70 and they did a very bad wash,

Sat in line to be washed a little over an hour but when I got in it didn't take long. The manager walked around the truck with a flashlight inspecting while the washing was going on (Thanks Nick) Overall it was a good job, however there were a few skips and they should have rinsed better, there was still a little soap on the truck.
Stoped in for a tractor and trailer exterior wash, clean wash bay knowlegable of products explained services into great detail and got equipment shining like new again all team members encountered where nice and helpful. Nice clean lobby and facilities

Just had a really great wash here! Tony and the crew listened to all my detailed requests, and followed them exactly. Tractor and trailer came out beautiful. I didn't even wait long. Was worth passing the super long lines at Joplin. Thx
People do a good job and they work fast. Ask for Mathew Shockley, hes an outstanding guy and a hard worker.
You guys all suck at washing. Hate to see your cars. Will never take my truck there again. I might as well put my money in the toilet.
6/04/18 7: 30pm.
Truck was washed in 10 minutes, no one else in line. I told the manager Austin that they missed my stacks, he denied it. I pulled outside, they missed stacks, horns and mirrors. I showed him and he said he watched it being done, so I had a proper wash.
Pictures were sent to headquarters. We'll see if they respond. I know I'm just a one truck operation, but I'm proud of my Pete. I'm not some picky jerk, I just want my chrome stacks washed!

They called me and made it right. Good customer service in the end!
Stop here every chance I can to get my truck n trailer washed. I've never had a bad experience here. Even when the line is really long I don't mind waiting. Those folks inside stay busy and keep those trucks coming right thru. Dead of winter or middle of the summer my truck always looks great when I leave here. Thanks alot! You guys rock, keep up the good work!
